Morning all.
I too had a sneaky weigh in -stayed the same, but not stressing as have 3 days to go till officiallly recording.
Met friends for breakfast and had scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and sliced avocado. Plus a skinny latte (not LC I know).
Finishing off the decorating today so probably no lunch (plus had a proper breakfast anyway)
Dinner: unknown as yet- usually a take away of sorts).
Water intake still low but getting there.
A little worried about the weekend which is when I tend to fall off the wagon but will see. Off to our local firework display which would normally end getting something from the chippy. Managed last week though, despite a Diwali carb laden feast.
