It would appear that having an actual working battery in my scales is the way forward. Definitely confirmed a 3lbs loss this week and a sold, non flickering, non changing number of 149 appearing on the scales this morning.

To be fair I have lived like a hermit since my holiday and stuck religiously to the plan, planned and shopped accordingly - having everything delivered including bottled water on Friday night has helped enormously!! No need to go into a supermarket at all removes all temptation. Also stopping eating when I am full I think is making such a difference, as is 4 litres of water per day - God help me I am sounding so dull!!!!

I didn't lose anything this week but had a few dodgy days and it was also period week so i'm just going to carry on.

Good morning!

Sorry I've been a bit quiet. Emotional nightmare of a week. I'm proud Tha none of it involved the cookie jar!

Could someone please update me? PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel 190?

Thank you

Could someone update me please - 2lbs on. I know it's because I've fucked up bigtime, i haven't been well and I've been feeling terrible. Those that remember me from previous know that my dh was really ill last year, it seems that now I'm just in a constant state of anxiety/depression with worry. I haven't been eating very much but I haven't stopped milk in my drinks, I ran 20 miles last week but it's not made any difference. I came off citalopram a few months ago and I know that affected my weight, I don't know what's going on at the moment really. New start today

B - coffee (with milk but I plan this to be the only milk drink of the day) not sure about food yet.
L- leftover courgette bake I made last night
D- chilli, either cauli rice or buttered spinach with mine.

1lb off for me.

Sabotaged my efforts with fish and chips after the fireworks on Saturday and it went downhill from there.

Today was better:

B: boiled egg and spinach pot
L: chicken teriyaki
D: tesco finest sausages x2, courgettes, carrots, peas and plenty of fired onions.

Two pounds off this week. Smile

Could somebody add me please.

Veryflummoxed 194. That's a pound less than my finishing weight from last boot camp. So a milestone for me albeit a very small one.

Food today was

Coffee with cream

Brunch of cold meat, leaves and coleslaw

Dinner of belly park and cauliflower

Well done everyone.

Not great for me - I've put on half a pound... I think all I can do is stick with it and wrote everything down on here. Maybe it's the snacking on cheese? I'm telling myself that as a long term LC-er the results are just not as spectacular each time I do BC but I'm sure that's just an excuse!!

So, must do better and stay away from the snacks! I'll stick with BC for now rather than move to light.

Just 2lb off for me but that does make 7lbs over the fortnight. I usually come to a halt for a few weeks now - the water weight drops off quickly but the fat takes a while to shift. Stil KOKO Though, well done on all the losses.

Looks nice Sestra I might try that myself tonight.

I am frustrated by not having a weighing machine now. I'm convinced I'm putting on weight. I've decided no more booze to the end of bootcamp though. Anyone else?

4lbs off for me. One more to go before I'm at my pre holiday target of 10 and half stone, one week left before holiday. I can do this!

I weighed myself this morning and my start weight is 10.4.

Food today has been a bit dodgy. No time for breakfast so had some TTD cocktail sausages. Lunch will be a smoked salmon salad, and thinking of making some sort of broccoli/cheese soup tonight.

I am going to make this for dinner tonight, swapping the pasta for courgette. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2320662/creamy-chicken-and-green-bean-pesto-pasta

Pippi, you h ave had amazing results up to now, so I know this can feel disheartening. But as Biwi always says, the weightloss isn't linear and I am sure it will start to shift again once your body realises that this is not your new set point.

Report
Veryflummoxed · 07/11/2016 12:43

Don't be disheartened Pippi. You have lost loads since the start of the last Bootcamp. It will start to shift again. Flowers

I'm down 1 pound! A minor miracle as I'm full of pre- menstrual bloat.

132lb if some could add to the spreadsheet please.

Well done to everyone else who has lost and KOKO to anyone who has struggled.

Oh Pippi that's so disheartening for you not to lose. Do you feel better in other ways?

I lost 3 this week, making a total of 13lbs. I feel lighter, trimmer and more energised, even though I still have 5 stone to lose!

I'm not going to introduce any new foods this week but I want to drop breakfast. Does that seem ok?
