Good morning all! Well done on all these losses 
I'm down 3.6 pounds, very happy with that and now my next goal is 3 more to take me back to my lowest earlier in the year (173). Then I want to get under the next stone barrier. Onwards and downwards!
I'm really noticing how much I was relying on nuts, nut butter, sweeteners (including diet drinks) and berries prior to starting BC - I was telling myself I was doing BC light
but could eat a whole bag of mixed nuts in one go...
Today:
B - coffee & cream, fried eggs and bacon, spinach
L - leftover meatballs & courgetti
D - smoked salmon, asparagus, courgetti in cream sauce
