Morning all!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation and - hopefully - delight

I hope you've seen good results this morning

Look forward to hearing how you've all got on, and here's to a good week 2

pop Shock Grin

I haven't got scales but the skirt that was nowhere near doing up (and prompted me to do this) can now do up. (I couldn't sit down in it mind!) Overall definitely I can see a result and feel healthier.

Need to keep off the wine this week after Saturdays disaster!
Well done everyone.

Morning all and well done to everyone on losing or KOKO! Bit late checking in because I actually managed to go for a morning run today, which definitely would not have happened if I hadn't managed to swerve the booze last night.

I've lost 4.8lbs this week, so I'm at now 157.1 which I'm very pleased with. I'm now lower than my end-of-last BC weight, which is brilliant and makes the whole thing feel sustainable and not like a rollercoaster of losing and gaining that has always happened previously with diets.

I'm feeling especially grateful for BC and LCHF this morning, as one of the friends I was with last night is doing a body coaching programme (that I won't name in he's the litigious sort!) and it sounds horrendous. The phase she's on is low carb but also mostly low fat in the name of getting 'lean'. So all meat etc has to be 'lean' and they have to cut off visible fat and use e.g.

clare8allthepies · 31/10/2016 11:28

Somehow completely managed to forget that boot camp was starting! Blush

Today is the last day of a very long 12 day half term so I have written a shopping list and meal plan ready to start in the morning, well done everybody!

DearPrudence · 31/10/2016 11:57

Well done everyone! Thrilled with my 8lb loss this week Halloween Grin

Feel fully in the swing now - appetite under control, eating really delicious food, not needing snacks between meals. Breakfast is difficult for me, but have managed something every day. The main thing for me is to stick with it - I'm not good at getting back on track after a 'cheat', so I need to stick 100% to the WOE.

No idea what to expect this week in terms of weight loss, but hoping for a few pounds (I have a LOT to lose).

A huge THANK YOU to BIWI and everyone who helps keep bootcamp going. Knowing you're all here is definitely helping me stay on track.

DearPrudence · 31/10/2016 12:06

OMG!! Just put my weight into the spreadsheet, and realised that I've been carrying the wrong start weight round in my head. I've actually lost 10lb this week. Even more thrilled now Halloween Grin Halloween Grin

Good luck clare. Just after school hols is a great time to start

BIWI · 31/10/2016 12:49

Well done everyone. Only 1lb loss here after my epic fail last week...but onwards and upwards (or downwards rather).

The thing I'm annoyed about with last week is that it was just so unnecessary - I'm eating lovely food, I feel full without eating a ton of crap...ah well, here's to a better (and better planned) week!

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 31/10/2016 13:19

BIWI even if I maintain and don't lose another ounce on Bootcamp, I'll be made up with a stone!

WilfSell · 31/10/2016 13:21

Stayed the effing same. However, I have been Not Bootcamping Really: kids went away so DH and I took the opportunity to go out and drink wine. Oops. There you go. Listen to that BIWI.

I've been doing BC light for 5 whole months non-stop, so still pleased that potatoes, bread, cake, biscuits, pasta, rice etc haven't passed my lips. But THIS WEEK am going to eat more veg, more meat, less no wine, fewer no nuts and hope I can get back into losing!

lisbapalea · 31/10/2016 13:29

2lb off with me which I am pretty pleased with as AF arrived yesterday. Didn't have any pmt which I am putting down to good diet?! I have also noticed that my appetite has definitely reduced at certain times of day, and after certain types of meals.

Have updated the sheet.

Well done everyone on some incredible losses so far!

bettyblueeyes83 · 31/10/2016 13:30

Didn't mean to give you ideas for monetising BC BIWI! Surely our undying gratitude and the knowledge you are improving the health and wellbeing of mumsnetters across the land is enough? Grin Apparently Joe Wicks is making a million pounds a month

lisbapalea · 31/10/2016 13:32

forgot to update food:

B - greek yog + coyo
L - M&S spicy mexican chicken, egg and spinach snack pot, two pick and mix cheeses
D - will be low carb fridge pickings, prob involving leftover chicken from saturday with more buttery cabbage

LOADS of water!

Veryflummoxed · 31/10/2016 13:36

SestraClone you are right about the rose lemonade tea. Went and bought some specially this morning and drinking it as I write. It's lovely. I didn't fancy the cherry as not too keen on cherry flavoured (though I love cherries) but have bought the sweet rhubarb. I'll let you know when I've tried it. Before LCHF I only drank builders tea with skimmed milk, its amazing how tastes change.

notsoold · 31/10/2016 13:50

3lbs and 5ozs!! Not bad at all , considering that I have been lc for a while....

Polkadotties · 31/10/2016 13:59

3lbs off for me. Two weeks until my holiday, must stay good!

FurryTurnip · 31/10/2016 14:20

Well done everyone, some incredible losses! I am not weighing until Thursday as I started late, but it's good for me to see all your successes as I am feeling a bit wobbly. Clock changes have sent my 5 year old bonkers and we've been up since 4am for the last two days so in need of mega willpower to not fall off the wagon.

Stomach is significantly flatter than ever though, so a great boost. Keep up the good work everyone!

SestraClone · 31/10/2016 16:38

Very I went back and bought the sweet rhubarb tea today, just drinking a pot of it now - and it's delicious!

Huge well done to all you losers! Keep going!

I made an amazing soup for lunch today, cream of leek. Really tasty and very filling!

Having this for dinner www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1363633/sausages-with-quick-onion-gravy subbing shallots for onions and red wine vinegar instead of balsamic. Will serve with buttery mashed neeps.

wombatTombstones · 31/10/2016 17:03

Evening everyone.
Some fantastic losses so far. Well done Thanks

The spreadsheet is up to date so far.

MothershipG · 31/10/2016 17:20

I've been low carbing since the last BC and I'm very pleased to have dropped 4lbs this week after a 6 week stall which was very disheartening.

It seems to me that I have to be pretty strict to lose weight, even with dairy, looks like I'm pretty carb sensitive. Sad

SeasideRock · 31/10/2016 17:35

One pound off for me since back from holidays..., I blame the pasta personally. Am going to be v strict this week and see if I can get rid of the Italy water-weight.

Raisinthedead · 31/10/2016 17:51

4lb loss which is lovely. Think partly due to horrid bug I've had which has meant nil by mouth for 36 hours. Hope it won't bounce back on now I'm eating again

Raisinthedead · 31/10/2016 17:59

On the subject of teas I also really like the rose lemonade one. Another one I discovered last week was winter lemonade infusion - Waitrose limited edition. Really refreshing and a lovely treat

SestraClone · 31/10/2016 18:19

I live nowhere near a Waitrose Sad - that tea sounds lovely!

Raisinthedead · 31/10/2016 18:32

Next time I go in I will see if there are any left and if so post one to you
