As usual, the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

No time to chat this morning - an early start at work - but hope you all have good results

Half a pound off this week. I'm glad to see the scales heading in the right direction. I'll be at my mum's for two weeks from next week which could be tricky. She's supportive of this WoE but it's always difficult to cater for someone with unusual dietary requirements.

SayrraT · 27/06/2016 07:41

Morning everyone, will check in properly later on.

SayrraT · 27/06/2016 07:50

notdead you asked on the last thread about Uber Camp menus, you were right, day 3 had gone missing! I've added them back in now.

bettyblueeyes83 · 27/06/2016 07:51

Well, I'm up 0.8lbs which is no less than I deserve after last week's recklessness (I won't make the obvious political analogy about living with the consequences etc!).

But, onwards! Have meal planned and shopped and am ready for another week of boot camp! Hope there are lots of lovely losses for everyone.

NotdeadyetBOING · 27/06/2016 07:53

Many thanks, Sarrya. Thought I was going mad!

SestraClone · 27/06/2016 07:55

(Wan here)

Well done to those who managed to get through the thoroughly depressing Brexit news over the weekend - I did not :( I fell headfirst into a vat of carbs as I was so pissed off and gutted, I was in tears as I watched the results come in. I have only just given myself a kick and determined to get back to LC today as eating shit makes em feel shit. This is also the first time that emotions have affected my eating - I obviously need to work on coping strategies!

As I put on last week, I am still a pound down but I had been much lower during the week. Onwards and downwards though!

Pengweng · 27/06/2016 07:55

I've been so crap the last few weeks. The DTs both got horrible D&V bugs but one after the other so I've had 2 weeks of shovelling whatever food i could in my mouth between cleaning up sick and poo. Back on it today though and determined that I will stick to it for the rest of the BC.

Hope everyone is doing well? xx

SestraClone · 27/06/2016 07:56

Stuntnun - did you eat both of the lamb shanks in the end? Grin

stilllovingmysleep · 27/06/2016 08:15

Hi all, can't believe we are week 7 already! I have kind of lost my appetite in the last few days because of what's happening (but I suppose good for LC). I can't quite believe that I've stuck to LC since March Shock... Plus 6 solid weeks already on BC. Well done us.

stilllovingmysleep · 27/06/2016 08:16

pengweng sorry to hear you're unwell! Hope you feel better soon xx

DoingItForMyselfAtLast · 27/06/2016 08:19

Oh Wan, I know how you feel Sad. I work in the construction industry, and very very scared that redundancies will come. I have been tempted to stick my face in a cake at several points this weekend, but have managed with some whipped cream and cream cheese to hit the spot. I knew i had a fantastic week, strictly on plan, so I didn't want to wreck it (even after the bloody football yesterday, COYBIG), and been very determined, and it has paid off with an almost 4 lb (3.8 to be exact!) loss!!! Thrilled with myself. That's almost 18lbs gone since May.

Thanks for the continued support and camaraderie.

Fingers crossed for some good losses, and KOKO to those who don't this week.

DoingItForMyselfAtLast · 27/06/2016 08:21

The home-made mayo was amazeballs by the way! I am a convert!

MaryThorne · 27/06/2016 08:31

Morning all! Thanks for the new thread BIWI.

1.2lb down this week which I'm pleased about. I am also like to be doing some enforced intermittent fasting over the next couple of days as I've come down with tonsillitis and it hurts to swallow. Just hoping I'm better for when we go away on holiday on Friday!

Good luck for the weigh ins and KOKO to anyone who feels disappointed with today's result.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 27/06/2016 08:34

I'm a pound down this morning which I'm very pleased with as I did have a slice of cake over the weekend to ease Brexit woes!

boldly 132 if someone wouldn't mind updating the spreadsheet for me.

BIWI · 27/06/2016 08:39

Oh - I forgot to say - I met a Bootcamper at a party on Saturday! Grin

Morning , pleased to be 2lb down today . Have not had any alcohol this week which I'm sure has helped . I have developed a bit of an addiction to marks sugar free ginger beer which in sure isn't great but it's something to look forward to !
Not long till I go away 14 th July .. I really don't want to go and binge and put it all back on though .
This is the slimmest I have been for two years and it's feeling good .
Hope everyone has positive results today and if not KOKO. Can't believe it's week 7 .
Thanks for all the posts and encouragement , I def would have stopped if not for this thread .
Can someone please enter me please 123lb

GuyMartinsSideburns · 27/06/2016 08:49

Could someone put me in at 127 please? Thanks Flowers

Veryflummoxed · 27/06/2016 09:19

Pound up. Eating to much. Not drinking the water plus (work related) broken sleep. Not a good combo obviously. Can someone add me please

Well done all the downers and Flowersfor all the uppers.

How did you know she was a boot camper BIWI did she recognise the big stick or were you the only ones buttering everything?

BIWI · 27/06/2016 09:29

She's a friend of a friend, and my friend has dabbled with Bootcamp and had recommended it to her.

Sestra I managed to restrain myself and save one lamb shank for DH. I have some stewing lamb in the freezer so I'm going to make a batch with that tomorrow.

SestraClone · 27/06/2016 09:41

Doingit - that is amazing! well done you, well deserved!

Hello & welcome to Harlot Flowers

SestraClone · 27/06/2016 09:41

Stunt, lamb is my favourite meat at the moment! I have some chops to grill later, the fat goes so lovely & crispy.

IndianaJone · 27/06/2016 09:57

Well done KOKOers! 2.5 down. Doing that's an amazing loss so far. Thinking of trying out the homemade mayo...

regularbutpanickingabit · 27/06/2016 10:36

So my afternoon of g&t and prosecco has come back to bite me. Scales varying wildly from .25lb off to 6lb on!!! Don't really know what to add to the spreadsheet so might wait until tomorrow. Is that bad?

I am proud of myself for not throwing myself into a carb fest, despite feeling exhausted all week with a poorly baby. Disappointed that sticking to the food didn't help counter one afternoon of drinking. Literally between 1 and 7. Oh well!

PlayNice · 27/06/2016 10:45

Congratulations to everyone who lost and sympathies to everyone who didn't. I'm feeling very much larger after my holiday, so going to try and pull it back to basics this week.

Putting weight on is so terribly disheartening. It's madness how slipping off the wagon makes me feel so bad, and yet my instinct is not to try harder (the thing that made me feel good), but to give up entirely and carry on doing the thing that makes me feel bad. Why?!
