Welcome everyone!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness that the lovely Sayra creates and cares for. Come and confess all.

If you prefer, you can use the individual Weight Tracker, provided by MNHQ, which will open (I hope) tomorrow morning.

Please make sure that you know the rules, and that you know about the allowed veg - look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet - and think about printing them off so that you have them to hand

If you have any questions, obviously you can ask them here, but there's also a specific questions thread because the chat threads can move so quickly that questions can get missed.

Unfortunately I'm working pretty full on for the next three days, so won't be around very much - I'll try and check in as much as I can, but in reality I'm not going to be around very much until Thursday - apologies in advance.

Very good luck to you all

It's called CoYo, and it's a dairy free coconut yogurt, which I guess would be good if dairy stalls your weightloss. I know they sell it in my local Planet Organic, but I haven't tried it myself!

Just added to my apps fat secret seems really good as can choose to count net carbs! Yum print to store all those useful recipes to help keep motivated.

Lisba strangely coconut is neither a nut not a seed; it is classed as a fruit. Either way coconut yoghurt, coconut cream and coconut oil are all fantastic low carb foods.

Following on from this morning's pineapple my mum wanted me to have pizza for lunch. Confused I politely refused and had smoked trout salad with vinaigrette.

Was 183 pounds this time last week. Started LC, I'm now 177!

Just 37 til I reach my goal.

THANK YOU Mumsnetters.

I've weighed in at 160lbs this morning. The shame Blush. I started LCing a few weeks ago but have had a disastrous few days. I've learned the hard way that carbs do not agree with me and gained 6lbs of the 10lbs I lost in just 4 days. Plus I've felt rubbish and my skin looks terrible. Bugger. Still, a fresh start today:

B - 2 hard boiled eggs halved and spread with butter.

L - leftover roast chicken leg, salad (watercress, spinach and rocket) tomato, cue and shallot. Oily dressing.

I'm not sure about dinner. I will post it here once I've eaten it! It helps me keep on track.

Water. Lots of. 2l already. Still chugging away.

2 black coffees.

Good luck everyone!

hello all, I can add everyone's weights in later until Sayra has chance to take a look, the app thing sounds familiar

I have lost 20lb since starting the last bootcamp (all hail BIWI) so definitely carrying on as another 20 to go

B - 2 x streaky bacon, 2x eggs fried in butter, 2x cups of tea (bad Lex, one too many)

now sipping a roibos tea with coconut oil, lovely

Bought some unsalted butter to maybe try a bpc tommorow for breakfast. any tips on how to make it so it doesnt just taste like butter and coconut? or is that the point?
