Welcome everyone!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness that the lovely Sayra creates and cares for. Come and confess all.

If you prefer, you can use the individual Weight Tracker, provided by MNHQ, which will open (I hope) tomorrow morning.

Please make sure that you know the rules, and that you know about the allowed veg - look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet - and think about printing them off so that you have them to hand

If you have any questions, obviously you can ask them here, but there's also a specific questions thread because the chat threads can move so quickly that questions can get missed.

Unfortunately I'm working pretty full on for the next three days, so won't be around very much - I'll try and check in as much as I can, but in reality I'm not going to be around very much until Thursday - apologies in advance.

Very good luck to you all

Good morning everyone,

I weighed in at 198.8lbs this morning and I can't wait to get this started. Currently in a hurry on my way to work, but will be back later.

Have a great first day!

morning, I have been doing this for a week now and loving it, I actually wake up excited to get on the scales, thats odd isnt it.

I have found the last week so easy so I look forward to having some help when it gets harder.
I am going out for a meal on thursday for my birthday to a restaurant of my dc's choosing, if I post a link does anyone fancy helping me work out what to eat, I figure good planning is the key.

ewanhoozami · 11/05/2015 07:26

I'm IN! Thanks Sayra and BIWI Star

furrymuff · 11/05/2015 07:27

Hi all, I'm joining in if that's ok - my first low carb bootcamp! I have a wedding mid-August and really want to try to shift 2 stone if possible. I followed a modified low carb diet last year and lost it really quickly so am hoping the same happens again! I've added myself to the spreadsheet - thanks BIWI Smile

PlayNice · 11/05/2015 07:27

Eep, so excited to be doing a proper Bootcamp. Need to go and get low carb foods today, but I think breakfast should be scrambled eggs, lunch will be a chicken salad and dinner will be the most fabulous pork and steak bolonase, with added bacon and courgette spaghetti.

BIWI · 11/05/2015 07:28

Morning all!

I've discovered that my scales hate me. The first time I get on them they show a weight that I know is higher than I am/should be. So I get off, wait for the display to turn itself off and then get back on again, and only then do they show a lower weight.

I wonder if they would do it again if I kept doing that - maybe that's the way to shift the weight Grin

Welcome, furry! Having a target in mind is a really good way to stay focused, and ten weeks of Bootcamp should get you a long way towards that.

Morning.

I weigh in this morning at 188. Can someone add it for me?
I did try again, despite not being able to do it last bootcamp, but it still doesn't let me.

Fatstacks · 11/05/2015 07:35

Did you buy the auto switch on when you step on from Amazon BIWI? I have those and they do the same thing.

Just to piss me off Angry

furrymuff · 11/05/2015 07:36

Oh... now I'm desperately hoping that my scales do the same thing Grin off to check!

saranghae · 11/05/2015 07:37

Morning!
I had a bit of trouble with my scales too, everytime I step on them, give a lower weight or one that is contantly changing...Then it takes ages to switch off, switch on.. Maybe it is a way to shift the weight BIWI! Grin

I think I will have yoghurt for breakast, salad for lunch and then some stew thing for dinner. Good luck everyone!

BIWI · 11/05/2015 07:39

I've just noticed that the link for the weight tracker isn't working, so have reported it to MNHQ

Morning everyone.

Weighed myself this morning and 190.2lb.

Food plan today -

B - Greek yogurt, chain tea with coconut oil and double cream
L - omlette with ham and mushrooms
T - pork steaks in a mushroom and sour cream sauce with green beans and asparagus

Good luck everyone

ewanhoozami · 11/05/2015 07:53

Grin I always do a 'best out of three' with my scale readings

I did a really strict 30 days recently but have let things slide somewhat in the last couple of weeks Blush

But fear not, my LC online shop arrived yesterday and I feel all inspired anew. Plan for today:

B: Spinach omelette
L: Tuna, anchovy, kalamata olive and boiled egg salad
D: Herby lemon salmon and green beans

3l water

readyforno2 · 11/05/2015 07:55

Morning everyone! 148.4 this morning.
Could someone add me to the spreadsheet? On my phone and it's not letting me do it myself.
Thanks.

lavenderhoney · 11/05/2015 07:57

Please could someone add me to the spreadsheet? My iPad won't do anything and freezes the screen- it's 148

I'm having a coffee with double cream and about to steel myself to start on my water quota:)

cathyandclaire · 11/05/2015 08:00

Morning all!
Signing in after looooooong absence from BC, although have pretty much been low-carbing for three years. Have played around with a gazillion different ways of maintaining my weight but the truth is the only way that works for me is Bootcamp. Weighed in and have 9lb (including a cunning 2lb gained overnight) to lose to reach lowest weight from last time.
I'm useless at posting and these threads move at lightening pace but I will be here lurking quietly :)

B: Greek Yoghurt
L: Leek and mushroom frittata
S: Sea Bass with Courgetti in garlic butter
Endless coffee with Lactofree milk

ewanhoozami · 11/05/2015 08:07

yay cathyandclaire

FreiasBathtub · 11/05/2015 08:20

154lb this morning. Gulp. (from a BIG glass of water).

Looking forward to this, in a weird masochistic way!

B: Spinach and ricotta muffins
L: Chicken salad
S: Steak (had to reconcile DH to this new eating style somehow) with shallot and sour cream sauce and courgettes
Snacks: celery and maybe a bit of mackerel pate
As much tea and coffee as I need to get me through the day after a loooong night with my 6-month-old DD.

lisbapalea · 11/05/2015 08:45

Added myself to the sheet - am the same as you sassandfaff. Have lost half a stone since the beginning of the year which is a combo of more 'sensible' eating to begin with, and then LC-ing for the past 4 weeks.

I have a surfeit of egg yolks so need to find a recipe to use them up today. If anyone has any inspiration, feel free to send my way!

lisbapalea · 11/05/2015 08:46

Oh and plan for the day is:

B - FF yog and coconut yog mixed
L - possibly something involving the egg yolks - ricotta muffins?
D - leftover celeriac dauphinoise, buttered kale and some kind of meat, possibly meatballs

Dumdedumdedum · 11/05/2015 08:47

lisbapalea - big batch of home made mayo for those yolks?

YoureMyWifeNowDave · 11/05/2015 08:50

Morning everyone

I think i've managed to add myself to the spreadsheet - ashamed to say I've put back most of what I lost on the last bootcamp I did so hopefully this time I will be able to keep it going

178 lbs this morning
