starts here

why would you bin off gymboy before asking about it?

he may well just have been checking mail or hiding a profile or something, talk to him before you dump him

OP posts:
thesouthsbelle · 29/09/2009 07:25

hope you're back is better today Lou - or you at least had some nice dreams!

well he did ring again last night, said I'd been quiet all day and asked if it was cos of our convo, I said no - had left phone at home. prob should have said yes as was giving him space to think about things thou?!?

Gonna be leaving my phone at home again all week - gonna be having a hell of a shocker in work this week so don't need any distractions.

passmyglassplease · 29/09/2009 07:34

have name changed tis itm!

well done belle, he needs to make a decision by himself, and leaving phone at home is a good way for him to understand that you are a busy working mother, and don't have a lot of spare time, and if he doesn't get his act in gear he's out!

my talk is today at 2

really don't know what the outcome will be, we have been seeing each other for 7 months and I have deep feelings for him, but I also know that I need someone with a little more time for me!

thesouthsbelle · 29/09/2009 07:42

good luck itm. these bloody men!

in other news heard form back burner y'day and also a sailor who i've been emailing as well has just sent something nice back - not sure what/if to call him. He was involved in the huge drugs bust thou of late.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 29/09/2009 07:46

mousie - i used to do the sleeping beside their bed thing. gradually moving further away when joining them till out the door. took blooming weeks. but as sb says.. some sleep is better than no sleep.

when we moved my 2 instantly starting sleeping right through.. it was my old house that they wouldn't settle in

sb - you sound much better in your last posts. less confused and getting it sorted in your head finally.

lou - dinner sounds good.

i'm off to the job centre today to sort out my paperwork and crud about going back to work. i have open option of hours... so i am going to get them to calculate the optimum hours and explain how wtc and chilcare allowance is calculated when technically i'm self-employed.... no idea how they will work that out as earning will be so varied.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 29/09/2009 07:48

oh... i seem to have missed a whole page of posts

itm - good luck, hope you get the outcome you are after.

sb - you probably should have said yes. but doesn't really make a difference.this will come to a head at some point soon i'd guess.

thesouthsbelle · 29/09/2009 07:50

oh god rj forgot I sis that as well with DS all thru the winter as well on a blow up on the floor. he only wanted to hold hands!

tbh I think if he does ask again then I'll say so, but it's a convo i'm sick of having over the phone as in person you can judge their body language as well.

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 29/09/2009 07:56

yeah... i cant stand having "serious" convo's over phone/text/msn....... its too hard to read their reaction... and also impossible to inject some humour or sympathy if you feel your coming accross harder than you intend

thesouthsbelle · 29/09/2009 07:58

exactly, anyhow good luck at the JC today. when do u start?

DONTtouchMUMSspecialJUICE · 29/09/2009 08:06

lou33 · 29/09/2009 09:03

thesouthsbelle · 29/09/2009 10:19

oh and love my work mate - she's just said to me (re gymboy) it's a shame he can't realise exactly what he's got in you! - think that the prob tbh, he can but also knows about DS - possibly?! who knows. not thinking about it.

lol. kettles on, and a text as well from himself - (left phone in the car)

Remotew · 29/09/2009 10:46

Hi, I'm at work and waiting for the next brew. I did the last one. Also someone has been on holiday and brought some M&S Swiss chocs back (he went to Portugal)! They need opening soon.

Right I'm going to do a quick survey. You know how they say there are 3 types of men who use dating sites. "The players, the genuine ones who don't get to meet women in work etc, the ones who could never get a womans attention any other way." Generalisation but basically true, well I've got another type. The ones with little wennies.

I never got that far the other night but far enough to tell. Also I've only got that far with 2 others that I've met this way and one was so tiny it was embarrassing. The other was normal.

It's not something I've come across meeting men the normal way before. I'm sorry but I like something firm to grab hold of.

Is it just me . You don't have to name names.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/09/2009 10:48

is he still playing silly buggers or finally grown a pair?!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 29/09/2009 10:51
