I'll be having a Xsara!

I actually know someone with a little girl called Kia just because they liked the name of the car

Purplerizla · 19/11/2009 16:25

these would be names i'd consider not actually cars that i own i'd like to say, how nice would that be.

edam · 19/11/2009 16:28

I was going to say you'd taken the thread rather upmarket, Purple!

Rachiesparrow · 19/11/2009 16:31

Ours would be Mini or Note.

I quite like Mini. Minnie. Hmmm....... [gets out looooong list and adds Minnie to top].

Pineapplechunks · 19/11/2009 16:31

If DD had been born in the car I had then she would have been Escort (oh good lord.....)

When we have our next one (next year if all goes smoothly) it would be Megane, not too bad really.

GoldenSnitch · 19/11/2009 16:32

DS would have been Mondeo or Polo - actually, DH joked that we should call him Harrison Ford Mondeo at the time. At least I hope it was a joke!

DD we've chosen Catherine for but after this thread, I'm considering Octavia Polo - very Roman

SomeGuy · 19/11/2009 16:32

We had a Megane, which is not too bad at all as a girl's name, beats the current S80 for sure.

Skegness · 19/11/2009 16:35

Twin boys: Ambu and Lance
Daughter: Taxi

hf128219 · 19/11/2009 16:36

DollyPS · 19/11/2009 16:40

All would have the rather fetching name of Volvo then LOL!!!!

andgodcreatedwoman · 19/11/2009 16:41

Ours would be Bellingo.

She really was conceived in it too, in a lay by off the m4.

We are class.

notnowbernard · 19/11/2009 16:42

Sunny and Polo

I think that's quite cool, actually

MissGreatBritain · 19/11/2009 16:46

Megane (for DD) and Xsara (for DS ).

sweetnitanitro · 19/11/2009 16:46

I'm going to insist that next time DH takes me to hospital in my car, Alfa Romeo is a much better name than Volvo. I'm not Italian though, does that make it chavvy?

Fruitbatlings · 19/11/2009 16:46

Peugeot and Cherokee

MadreInglese · 19/11/2009 16:46

yes Orion could work

lol @ DLR

Sidge · 19/11/2009 16:48

DD1 would be Astra
DD2 would be Ambulance
DD3 would be Sonata

Mind you, the Hyundai Sonata was affectionately known as The Frank

Ladyem · 19/11/2009 16:50

DD would be Carina (hmm, not bad!), but DS would have been Rover 75 or Note!! (not the same ring to it!!)

Always thought a good car inspired name would be Sue Baru!! (geddit? subaru!)

Love the twins named Ambu and Lance!!

Poledra · 19/11/2009 16:52

DDs 1 and 2 would be Astra
DD3 would be Galaxy

All very cosmic, I feel.

Bathsheba · 19/11/2009 16:53

I can't wait to announce the fairly soon arrival of Baby F-RV....a sister/brother (is it a boys or a girl's name.??) for Punto and Jazz...

diedandgonetodevon · 19/11/2009 16:54

DS would have been Mercedes- would have been ok for a girl (if only we were Spanish!)

cocolepew · 19/11/2009 16:54

Corolla, but I would change it to be spelt with a K. Much classier.

Pushingonthrough · 19/11/2009 16:55
