Civil unrest, what's really going on?

My DH keeps chirping up with, there's riots here, protests there, immigrants have done assaults in xxx etc. He sees me as a bit of a do-gooder..

All UK places, but when I look at my regular news, there's very little reporting of it.

My DH has some MH issues currently and to confront him with 'what the heck are you reading?' isn't worth it right now.
I make comments such as, ooh that sounds grim and doesn't sound good, and that's very worrying, but I'd really like to know if it's really happening and where he's getting this info.

I used to live there.... the problems are massively exaggerated, we lived in Stockholm... beautiful place, never had any issues in over 2 years.

We cannot deport to countries who refuse to accept back their citizens for starters... just as we refuse back...

Cannot deport to war zones, no transport links..

Fairly basic stuff for anyone who has given the subject any thought at all.

Yes, in the same way we shouldn’t allow transwomen access to women’s prisons. The women do not deserve the excess risk to accommodate men.
