OP you are trying to shame this family for their decor style. We might not like that decor style but shaming them in a public forum it's disgusting.

I actually have those table and chairs very similar with the silver legs.. and I am not a traveller by any stretch of the imagination.. not that there is anything wrong with being one.

I have no idea what the market is like in that area but it certainly doesn't seem expensive and while it may not be to everyone's taste, I think it would sell.
Further south it would be hundreds of thoudands more. Decor is easily changed.

The main thing I picked up on was only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, the rest is just fixtures and fittings. Also the price!
