Please can someone help me. Im in so much pain and I dont know what to do.

I have had horrible pains all day..... they feel like periiod pains. As the day has progressed they have been getting worse and worse.

Nurofen isnt touching it. Im totally exhausted by it and just want to sleep. Im sat here crying because I dont know what to do. I took painkillers nearly an hour ago anf they just arent working and I just want to sleep.

yeh she is here. I called the dr back but I have to wait for them to call me bk which is great when your in pain.

The doctor is probably busy but if they don't call you back soon you should call them again.
It is good your mum has arrived safe and sound at this time of the day.

Well now that you have your mum there, worst case scenario is you call an ambulance if you can't get to the emergency room any other way.

They are sendig someone to collect me but it wonnt be for a while.

Just a bit worried about my mum staying with the kids as she is having problems with her ears and cant hear much atm.... am worried incase one of the kids wakes.

Do you have a monitor? I would always turn them all the way up when working as a nanny because I was scared to not hear the kids.
It's good they are sending someone though!

No monitor. Dd is asleep in the living room with my mum and ds is in his room so hopefully should be fine as he rarely wakes. its just if dd wakes and finds something she shouldnt.

Lol..... well the kids certainly make life interesting. Am trying to finish my degree so I can get a job. Dissertation is due in next week but soemhow I dont htink Im gonna be ble to get it finished.

Not sure what your pain is, but could just be awful peroid pain. I had it once, so bad I was doubled over. Was horredous but was period related.

I am in same position as you with my diss. You CAN get it done and it will be brill, stay positive!

Hopefully it is nothing..... i think its being made worse by the fact that im exhausted. Perhaps I should have gone back to bed and got it sorted in the morning.

Am waaay behind with my dissertation but i think Iwill be able to get an extension aas I have had pnd which hasa hampered it. hoepfully anyways.

I bet the kids keep your life interesting. I know my post earlier was random, sorry about that. not really helping in your situation.

I am sure you will finish it on time but if your health now interferes they should give you an extension. So don't worry about that at all!

Endo is V painful and def worth getting 'cleaned' out. I was all stuck together inside so no wonder I had so much pain. It took ages to diagnose too so its worth talking about with GP.

just thought I would let you know that im still alive.... no closer to knowing whats wrong though.

Saw dr this morning.... have had some very werid bleeding not like a period. Too light so its looking like it could be something like a m/c.... not in a huge amount of pain just discomfort.

Dr is gonna call me back. I feel so stupid.

Why do you feel stupid? You were in a lot of pain and needed support from a doctor. I think that's what they are there for!

I feel stupid for allowing myself to be in a position to get pregnant. I have two children already. Im not with their father anymore (who incidently is who I slept with) and I have awful pnd..... i couldnt possibly have another child. And worst of all I have no one to talk to because Im so ashamed. I dont want anyone to know. I told exp but he is being his usuall twatish self although he did say he would help with the kids.

I have to go to the early pregnancy clinic tomorrow.

Are you pregnant charlotte? Did they do a test?
