Thought I would start this as the other one was getting really long.

Since I started the other thread I have lots a few pounds, put them back on, lost them etc etc etc. Finally realised that I need to do something about it after this last week of chocolate and crap, went out today for lunch and ate far too much.

On Monday I am going to Rosemary Conleys, i did go before but the time didn't really suit me, but this one finished and starts earlier so I can go when DH is at work while my mum has ds. So I am really going for it now.

Congrats on the ones who joined me last time and have actually managed to lose weight. Watch this space.....

WOW!!!! How much more do you have to lose.... you must be close to target now. WELL DONE!

For the first time in 4 years I am under the 11 stone mark..... jeeeeeuuuuust slightly, but that's enough to make me dead chuffed!

Have to report in a smug and very self satisfied way that I GOT TO GOAL!!!! at Weight Watchers last night. Hurrah, hurrah, hurrah! I've lost 58 pounds since August and for the first time ever as a grown up I can now get into a size 14. See if I can do it anyone can do it.....

Well done you guys ! Really impressive weight losses, try imagining how many 8oz packets of lard that looks like !

My dd weighs about the same as I've lost over a long time period (3 stone) but when she wants to be carried on my shoulders it's really hard work, I've no idea how I managed before !
