For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

wombling...hi..

I went in to a local (small independant) bookshop and they said they had had 100's book in, but had sold it! ...I have ordered it.

Sonunds like my DD Boco....she always sings in this raspy, hoarse voice and is very affectionate and perky.

H and I are living separately in the same house for the time being, eating one main meal together for DC's sake. She said I had made my room look 'all lovely and you should get a pink kettle so you can have drinks and stuff, and it is a bit sad really, but it won't always be sad'.....gulp....

DS is wrecked..

LR...yes.... It has taken a long time to get to this point, but too much damage has been done for me.

I am strangely relieved, although desparately sad. IYSWIM.

Weirdly enough at the moment I am aching for RL hugs. Not many people know yet but I am just fragile and hugs are just nice.

Sounds a very civilised way of spending the afternoon.

Apple,
juice,
tomatoes.

Kiwis
Parsnip soup
Red cabbage & carrot coleslaw

I am going to have my thyroid retested next week as really feel ike I'm struggling atm.

When I asked the surgery when it was last tested they said a year ago - no-one had bothered to contact me for a re-test and I think I am supposed to have it done at least once a year

Anyway, focus focus...off to get supper

Have read 2 pages 100

Tonight I may skip straight to 203, if Franny thinks its worth it

pointydog · 09/03/2009 17:46

I went to bed at just the wrong time. Missed the very subtle linkage, 100. Thatnks for (redundant) email, f.

pointydog · 09/03/2009 17:47

oh, linkage was before I went to bed. My brain is not normal size.

mollyroger · 09/03/2009 18:00

Evening all. It went ok. Head is very reasonable and nice. But we have agreed to allow someone in to observe behaviour with a view to some 1-1 anger management.

Avi, how is wee Avi today?

SuperBunny · 09/03/2009 18:20

Oh Atilla Sorry that the DC are finding this so hard.

Sounds like meeting was ok, Molly.

How is little Avi?

Hummous
Strawberries
Banana

AtillaTheHoney · 09/03/2009 18:40

Glad to here things were fairly positive Molly.

How are you SB?

Thyroid would explain a lot FK and it is a slippery little sucker for giving false readings.
