i stopped smoking on sunday.....anyone else stopped or stopping any time soon?????

i just wanted to see how other people are dealing with not smoking or who are in the process of quitting. i stopped on sunday, and today i am feeling very run down and have a hoooge headache.any support would be welcome

Why do you feel you would need a smoke to enjoy a night out when you have to huddle outside in the cold anyway. I went for a drink last night and didnt miss standing out at all. So dont worry you could be surprised at how little it added to your enjoyment. Especially a week or two down the line. Keep going.
