i stopped smoking on sunday.....anyone else stopped or stopping any time soon?????

i just wanted to see how other people are dealing with not smoking or who are in the process of quitting. i stopped on sunday, and today i am feeling very run down and have a hoooge headache.any support would be welcome

i am still off them, but only just.
i was like something possessed the other night lol
i am off work today and am heading for a few pints and i am not feeling optimistic about staying off them
i still havent smoked though

you can do it just persevere. my kitche has had water pissin through the ceiling, my telly has blown up and i cant getr out of my front door because the handle has broken, i sooo need a ciggie but i am being strong

I'm still not smoking too. No cravings now but still irritable. Read its only a 3 week thing so 2 more to go.

309th day for DH and 279th day for me of non-smoking today.

Saved over £1600 so far and feeling much better for it.

It really does get easier, best of luck to all those who are quitting right now.

Oh I haven't been counting the days like a mad women, just checked the quit smoking stopwatch/calculator that DH installed on the pc when he first quit

It's been a year for me now I gave up last Nov.
So much easier now. I can look at a smoker now and not actually want to inhale the smoke and have no wish to start again.

not sure how i managed to drink and not smoke, but i managed it without killing anybody

Keep going, been off them for 4 weeks now and feel so much better and £280 hasn't disappeared this month literally up in smoke.
