For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

I've never seen the film. Might put it on the DVD list we have at Lovefilm (and occasionally watch about one of).

Bother. DS is the wrong way up. As is DD. And this laptop doesn't seem to be capable of turning them round. And if I save the facebook version they aren't in high enough resolution to put on here.

Oh well, they are very nice anyway .

Boco, how is your computer? And your wrist? And your kidneys?

Boco · 01/10/2007 13:21

My wrist is much better today - still got back ache but not too bad, and dp re installed some things and got rid of some things the other day and ever since the computer is a bit better - but still freezes sometimes and is kind of crackly - and he says that's my fault as i've burnt it out from overuse!!

Sorry for all my wingeing
