'Hello beautiful fruity friends' - 10 / 10 club - all welcome

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Huhu....I have sort of read through the thread...but am shattereed and the only thing sticking in my mind right now is that Lullaby is back and had a good holiday And well deserved it was

Anywyas, was at work, and getting there was a nightmare...it wasn't just an hours drive away from hre anywya, oh no roadworks meant I had to add another 1/2 h drive on top and I lost my will to live and was near to calling them cancelling, lol...then the YP (only resident at the home) absconded on her home visit and whatever else....so...great....we finally got to bed half an hour past midnight...up at 7, left work at 8 and another 1 1/2 h trip home...fabulous.....
shattered now, tbh...dispite sleeping well...hohum....
had just crap food, like a MCD for Dinner (well, at about 10pm.... as we decided that by the time we got back to the home, it would be far to late to start cooking) and then this morning I stopped off at teh road side and had a Breakfast role...as I was starving...hohum....
anywyas, hope you are all o.k.

3and, oh no! I can't believe the only resident absconded and you had driven 1.5 hours to get there. You poor soul

well..to me it doesn't actually matter if tehy are there or not....lol...well, it does add paper work of course, and stuff...but other then that I get paid no matter what....lol...I suppose at least the other staff had company whilest getting lost from the homvisit, as it was pitchblack when we had to drive home...and I was there to answer the phone whilst she was driving...lol...
