For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:26

FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:27

Am back from party. Was as boring as I feared. Dh and I quite deliriously got lost in dark country lane and then walked in someone's garden. Was funny.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:34

so we will do this a few more times - it will shuffle to an end and fall off a cliff and we will all be dispursed all over mnet never to meet again.

Happy?

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:35

I skim read - was the party christian?

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:35

(11 to go)

FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:36

Why should I start a new thread just so you can boast about your sex coffee exploits and your hilarious walk home?

Hmm?

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:37

my sex coffee is over.

I will be still now.

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:37

No, babysitter was christian. Has brought us literature. Party was in glamorous location, but quite boring and we were arrived late and left early. Not good guests.

Also not good because I arrived very noisily and drew a lot of attention to myself.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:38

oooh - you NEVER do that blush face - how were you noisy? There must have been someone good to talk to.

BBBee · 09/09/2007 00:39

oh no I am split 10/10 threads....

ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:40

Yes was my first blush face. I can confess to this as this thread is about to explode and only you and I will know I did the blush face.

FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:40

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 09/09/2007 00:41

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 09/09/2007 00:42
