For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

lol i think so

apparently the worst bit of diving is when you first go under the water and it seems odd and you panic

Have fun Zippi!

Scanned the crowds over the market place but no sign of Boco, I expect you were in Jarrolds, or Catfish?

Hmm, shall I be Carrot or MrsCuntingMango? I don't think that's really acceptable is it, I mean, some people will be offended by that? Such funny things, names, to think I wanted to change my rl one.

Toot- thanks for the carrot link, one didn't scream out at me, just yet

Avi - your dh sounds hilarious, couldn't you have gone too?

TooTicky · 08/09/2007 22:05

Woohoo Zippi - have a fabulous time and soak up lots of culture and pyramids and things.

TooTicky · 08/09/2007 22:08

I have just eaten a tahini, honey and walnut sandwich. It was very drippy. I think I had excess honey clinging to my walnuts.

MrsCarrot · 08/09/2007 22:14

I am afraid, Toot, that your sandwich sounds absolutely revolting.

Boco · 08/09/2007 22:23

I thought that too Toot, was just sitting here frowning and wondering why you would eat that.

I looked out for you MrsC, was mostly in shoe shops feeling cross that there are no boots that i like anywhere.

Have fun Zippi!
