FAB TITLE BY FMF (AND BBB)

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

No don't let them use your equipment if they just use it to fight with. Take them by surprise a bit

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:53

I wish I could stay here all day and talk crap instead though I do love you all

Am worried about you now.

Can't we all sit here for ten minutes and plan an hour which will be more bearable for you?

MrsCarrot · 17/08/2007 23:54

yes, it was very clever and brilliant and all that, I just didn't get into it. I didn't much like the characters, in fact, I skipped a lot

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:55

No, I just have to get on and do it - my brief is "gentle musical entertainment"

I will be ok

or else I will walk out in tears, one or the other

do you want to take bets?

And I'm going for MORE of him. Oh well, I can always chuck it away and settle down with Edith and Stalin if it's rubbish.

Franny?

FrannyandZooey · 17/08/2007 23:56

Night anyway, hope you find sandals and have a lovely time 100

Oh bollocks, I never will catch up.

I have borage in the front garden.

Have been to Bath today and spent scary £ on school shoes, and dd2 will also need new shoes within a month. Then we went to the big park and stayed for over 3 hours. I am quite exhausted.

Have eaten greengages, roll containing lentil pate, celery, carrot, avocado, sundried tomatoes, watercress and something else. Nectarine. 2 bananas. Apple. Orange. Roll with mexican burger, tomato and cucumber.

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:57

No, you won't cry. You are made of sterner stuff than that. And frankly bugger the brief, surely part of the brief was that you would be entertaining more than the same THREE children each time?

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:58

Oh gawd, she's gone. I'm going to worry about this now.

Ooooh TooT. You were in Bath. How exciting.

TooTicky · 17/08/2007 23:58

Oh Franny

MrsCarrot · 17/08/2007 23:58

Toot - Three hours in the oark is very admirable. Two is about my limit, one the norm.
Your mexican burger soounds nice.

MrsCarrot · 17/08/2007 23:59

Park! You could have taken 100 some borage.

TooTicky · 17/08/2007 23:59

With my Mooncup

BBBee · 17/08/2007 23:59

lol MrsC and the david mitchells

hi TT - do you eat the borage?

F&Z have you gone?

ahundredtimes · 17/08/2007 23:59

It's an epic park MrsC. I live very near it TooT.

Tatties · 17/08/2007 23:59

Hello TT! Don't take it personally but I must go to bed too. It's late, I think everyone should go to bed now, night night

Boco · 18/08/2007 00:00

I really enjoyed black swan green actually. its still a bit over accomplished and clever - but i liked it - about being 13 in the 80s.

BBBee · 18/08/2007 00:00

(in your mooncup)

ahundredtimes · 18/08/2007 00:00

The one that starts in Finchingfield?

TooTicky · 18/08/2007 00:01

It's a HOOGE park MrsC. It needs a fair amount of time but does constitute a reasonable treat. And tires them out. Quite how ds1 didn't fall off his seat on the bus I shall never know.

Boco · 18/08/2007 00:02

What? I don't know. A village somewhere.

ahundredtimes · 18/08/2007 00:03

In essex, with swans.

MrsCarrot · 18/08/2007 00:04

I have laptop inducing skull fuzz. I am going to walk roound the garden and go to bed. Night all.

BBBee · 18/08/2007 00:05

why are you going to walk round the garden?
