I would let yourself have some of what your body wants, but make sure you're also getting some more fibre in you, iyswim.
Your body is wanting to make muscle, and of course you're burning up lots of extra calories (and if memory serves me well, you're not exactly overflowing with spare fat deposits, right?). So do increase your fat consumption a bit, but you could stick to healthy fat, like avocadoes? Bananas aren't fatty, but they are hi-cal, so probably also a good idea.
Today I have had muesli, apples, tomatoes (in sandwich), and a giant bowl of v. healthy salad. Oh, and sweetcorn. So, doing ok. My struggle atm is eating during the day. I can't be bothered cooking, if it's just me eating, so then I end up eating crap. Well, except we've run out of crap, whoops.
