I was thinking last night I needed a thread like this to remind me, keep it bumped and we will never forget to do them :)

Please everyone love your pelvic floor, you miss it when it's one!

Mine has been awol for 4.5 years due to nerve damage caused by MS (hell yeah, a bugger but it did make childbirth somewhat easy as I felt very little, so a positive there. I'm currently under a gynacoloical physio to help me control my waterworks and revive my pelvic floor. She's given me a box of tricks, like a tens machine with an ...ahem...internal probe for stimulating the pelvic floor muscles It's really really helping but rather embarrasing to say the least!

So ladies, remeber to squeeze along or you'll end up with a permanent tena lady and a medical appliance that you won't show anyone!

10 sets of 5 a day (or is it 5 of 10?)
