Gosh, haven't done these for ages.

How many are you supposed to do? How long are you meant to do it for after having your LO or is it just one of these things you should always keep on doing?

An obstetric physio told me to do 50 quick ones and 50 slow ones every time I cleaned my teeth or put the kettle on. After I had DD (nearly 10lb) I was incontinent for a few days and she told me that I could easily regain tone if I did my exercises. She was completely right. I now only PMSL under extreme strain and I can run for a bus / go on a trampoline with impunity.

My MW said- 'five times a day, five squeezes with each one being held for a count of five'

But am guessing the more the better............
