My pilates teacher often does a stage-by-stage version which I find difficult (three children). Imagine lifting through five levels where level one is the easiest and five the hardest. Lift to one - release, lift to two - release, etc. Now do quick ones to five, ten times. Now go to five, lower to four and then back to five: lower to three and then back to five, continue until you get to one. A very good pelvic floor workout!

If your pelvic floor is very weak you might want to do three levels.
