I can't choose...is it sad that this has taken up so much time already?!

overmydeadbody · 25/02/2010 16:59

Brebie

manchego

Port Salut

Roquefort

Feta

and apart fro the Feta, they need to be at room temp, or even better a little warm and sweaty (think summertime room temp). Corld cheese is just wrong

nickelbabe · 25/02/2010 16:59

order of preference being number 1 is the best?
does that mean that the mozzarella is number 1 therefore the best?

nickelbabe · 25/02/2010 17:01

favourite: bog standard cheddar
2: brie (cold, i hate it when it's room temp it just tastes mouldy)
3: wensleydale with cranberries
4: greek feta
5: 5 counties (it's got 5 different-coloured layers)

suiledonne · 25/02/2010 17:02
  1. Goats cheese
  1. Baked camembert
  1. a really good strong cheddar
  1. parmesan
  1. brie
GrimmaTheNome · 25/02/2010 17:04

If I had to have 5 cheeses:

vintage cheddar
parmesan
buffalo mozarella
Blacksticks Blue
and now torn between a soft and hard goat's cheese

..and we need a brie/camembert type thing too.
And something smoked.
And feta for summer

Nope, 5 isn't enough.

tiredfeet · 25/02/2010 17:04

tomme de savoie
buffalo mozzarella
mature gouda
Feta
blue stilton

(not sure feta would normally be on my list, but seeing it in the other lists made me really want some in a nice salad - with sunshine of course)

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 25/02/2010 17:05
