Oh bloosy hell...even limiting it to 5 is hard, what about Parmesan, Goats cheese, Manchego, Gruyere....and all the rest....

I can't choose...is it sad that this has taken up so much time already?!

and apart fro the Feta, they need to be at room temp, or even better a little warm and sweaty (think summertime room temp). Corld cheese is just wrong

order of preference being number 1 is the best?
does that mean that the mozzarella is number 1 therefore the best?

favourite: bog standard cheddar
2: brie (cold, i hate it when it's room temp it just tastes mouldy)
3: wensleydale with cranberries
4: greek feta
5: 5 counties (it's got 5 different-coloured layers)
