Of course I have to say The Shield. Massively under-rated, many haven't heard of it.

Complex characters (including me - I am fab in it ), excellent plotting, some really unexpected shocks (I never recovered from the last moments of the pilot episode), genuine heart-wrenching moments. Great ending.

I think anyone who loves The Wire (my second favourite) would also love The Shield.

crappyday. So agree with you on the West Wing. Started watching House of Cards - and while a good series, it is more sinister and the main characters lack empathy. West Wing always had a feel good factor.

We love "psych" so sad it's the last season we are watching now, we've been watching it on and off for years.

Also loved "Monk" too though not sure i would go back at watch them again.

We are currently on the last season of House after binge watching for a couple of months. Loving every minute. Also working our way through Once Upon A Time and recently completed Breaking Bad. I don't know how I'd cope with waiting a week between episodes of shows now
