I went to a group golf lesson for the first time the other week and as there were not enough bays, all the women were told to share and the men had a bay to themselves...for an hour..and I was the only one who noticed and said anything!!!

Response from male instructor.... an hour is a long time the women might get tired 😡. Shall I name and shame?

Would be interesting to hear if I am the only one who sees these things now, when I never did in my youth?

My beloved ex decided to message me, behind his wife's back, telling me he's been having sex dreams about me. 🙄

Not me personally, but a game I was playing on my phone. You make a pretty garden, every now and again you have a separate game to do up a room. Except this time, the room was an angry ugly woman. To fix her and make her into a nice human, you have to do her make up.

first, if I wanted to play bloody make up, I'd play a make up game. Second, or equal, you don't turn women into docile creatures with a bit of make up. If we want to be pissed off, we will be.

I go out for a drink every Thursday with a male friend of mine.

He drives us and doesn't drink so has soda water with a slice of lemon. I drink pints of ale. Everytime we go somewhere new or get served by a new person, they give him the ale and me the soda water - they don't just put them on the bar next to each other - they put the soda water in front of me and the ale in front of him. Every time.

To add to this, they always say the price to him regardless of which of us placed the order.

My boyfriend said that it nearly always happens when we go out too and said he wouldn't actually have realised if I hadn't pointed it out to him. He has started noticing sexist microaggressions everywhere now!

My husband and I nearly always get each other's food and drink orders!

They do normally bring me the bill though. I think I have one of those faces.

The never ending shaming for being a single, celibate and childfree woman.

Most people STILL (men and women) think that women should waste their lives dating, having sex, marrying men and of course: having kids!

It’s really sad.

I do wonder when we get to be free and not asked aboit boyfriends and kids.

I did a race at the weekend with "equal prize money". Except there was a prize for breaking the course record. But they've only ever kept records for men's times so they don't know what the women's record is, therefore no similar prize for us (I was in no danger of breaking it, it just felt unfair. I also don't blame the organiser, the problem goes further back to the lack of record keeping).

Had something similar to this. Many many years ago there was a novelty event/race near me that was billed as a 'world record attempt'. Bizarrely, it actually was - they'd applied to the Guinness book of records for a world record for this set distance (think like novelty from A to B). I was ultra excited about it. When I turned up, there was a women's race but no women's world record, it was just a men's one. So unfair. Anyway maybe it wasn't ratified as I remember looking and I couldn't find it in the Guinness book of world records.
