I know that you don't know me. I literally have nowhere else to go right now. Ihave used MN in the past but left. I can't link my other names or give clues. I am really sorry.

I often feel very alone right now, even if I'm not (something to do with flashbacks) so I do understand.

I just need something to do and somewhere to be that is not inside my own head. Also the distraction would come in handy.

One of my favourite things is to jog whilst listening to favourite music (Prince).

Hello really sorry you're feeling so alone. I get thoughts going around too and find I'm always trying to be busy or I listen to music just to shut my head up. Don't know if this is any help but hope I can help if you need to talk.

Are you're alone? Can you put on some music or the radio, that helps me when I have one of those days and the house just seems too quiet.

Can you get it out in a less destructive way? Playing music really loud and singing along? Mad dancing?

Today? nothing happened. I am stuck in a circle of wanting to seriously hurtmyelf or run away but i can't. Because of the DCs.

No not alone. DH is in. But he is part of the problem. Nothing bad, i just dont think i want to be with him. Have spoken about 4 sentances to each other in last 3 days.

Tried dancing like an eejit and loud music as well as singing. Also tried ice cubes, red felt tip, cold shower,.......
