Some of you may have read my thread about my neighbours, I am feeling so drained and tired, DH is in deep depression and won't leave the house, I am trying to keep things as normal for the kids as possible, but they are wondering why daddy won't take them to school etc, I feel like I have been hit by a hammer, and can't do this much more, waiting for the comminutty policeofficer to phone me so I can get a letter so we can move as an emergnacy, the kids are fighting and screaming and I keep crying,

I've never been myself so cannot answer, but will bump.

(Of course phone or e-mail would be as private as you like. BTW when I knew Grant when we were younger he was a thoroughly sweet bloke. Am sure he would be very supportive. I think he know has three kids. He lives in Welwyn Hatfield constituency too).

sparklymieow · 14/05/2005 18:42

they are outside again, I know I can't stop them being outside but its very nervy....

SparklyMieow

The surgeries are private - you usually need to book a slot, and would be held in the MP's office in your town. Please do not be concerned about privacy, the meeting will be confidential - all notes are held under the offical secrets act - local MP lives nearby and was saying when he retired recently, he has to contact everyone on his books (with ongoing cases) to ask if they are happy for the new MP to take on their cases, so it really is that private.

FIMAC1 · 14/05/2005 21:27

Or it probably was the Human Rights Act, anyway the meetings are confidential !

tiffini · 14/05/2005 22:35

sparklymieow · 14/05/2005 23:05

I could move that all to Lister tho. And its only just down the motorway anyway. Need to get a doctor to see us, and let him/her see what its doing to us.

Sounds to me like your totally frazzled and worn out Sparkly, have followed your thread bout these thugs of neighbours and though its easy for me to say because Im not in your situation, would try and get your pm to hassle council and see your gp for you and dh. Sounds like your carrying a huge load here and your body never mind your peace of mind is suffering badly. Please dont think Im being trite but hopefully you will look back on this time as a distant bad memory, anyway my thoughts are with you [[[hugs]]
