stressedmummy · 13/05/2005 23:34

Oh right I get you!!!
It was something along those lines & about how I want to run away from everything.
Still do!

Ulysees · 13/05/2005 23:35

Maybe you need to take small steps rather than run?

stressedmummy · 13/05/2005 23:36

Think I shall go to bed now!
Thank you all for your company tonight.
I haven't cried 4 hours now!!!
Night!

Ulysees · 13/05/2005 23:36

stressedmummy · 13/05/2005 23:36

I am not strong enough to run!!!

Ulysees · 13/05/2005 23:37

You may surprise yourself?

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 07:48

Have a bit of a fuzzy head this morning!

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 09:51

I'm not too bad funnily enough? Off out shopping in a minute (well after dressing )

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 10:03

I am off shopping today too!
I am going on my own, no kid's or H. Bliss!!!

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 10:04

Yes I'm going alone too. I prefer it tbh if I know what I want. Like to mooch around with friends if I don't have anything in particular to get. DH and kids are going to a cafe whilst I spend

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 10:10

I prefer shopping on my own too.
My kids are not good shopper, especially ds1!!!

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 10:12

H is in bed sleeping & I am desperately trying to keep these 2 quiet. Not easy!!!

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 10:13

No DS2 isn't into shopping, he much prefers running around screaming in them DS1 is ok though as long as he's getting something

Well I'm off now, will be back later and we can compare our success amongst the throngs of happy shoppers!

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 10:14

Tell them to go and jump on daddy

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 10:15

No not a good idea retract that

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 10:16

The only reason ds2 is less of a nightmare in shops is because he is still in a buggy!!!
He will probably be worse than ds1 when I eventually let him loose!
Have a good day & catch up with you later!

Ulysees · 14/05/2005 10:17

You too xx

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 10:17

NOT a wise idea!!!
Don't think our lives would be worth living!!!

natts · 14/05/2005 11:52

hi sm i've been reading last nights thread, sounds like you all had a blast. me and dh went out to the pub for the first time in about 6 months and i was p'd as a fart. good time though. not so good head this am. hope you have a calm and peaceful day.

stressedmummy · 14/05/2005 18:16

I have had a great day of ME time today!
i went shopping with a friend, spent lots & had lunch & a couple of glasses of wine!
The friend that I went out with today, has an idea of what state of mind I am in ATM, as I ended up making a fool of myself & crying round her house last week!
Anyway it was nice to escape 4 a while!
I have just recieved your CAT thanks nat!

natts · 14/05/2005 18:33

good I'm glad you had a lovely day and could be yourself. how are the boys? you can call when ever you want.I'm doing a night shift at the hosp tonight so i'm out just befor nine, i'm dreading it tonight to be honest as we are having staffing problems and 10 hrs of running round like a headless chicken. oh well. take care xx

stressedmummy · 15/05/2005 08:20

Thanks natt.
The boys are fine. Ds1 is at my Mum's house ATM.
H was not going to let him go (he has stayed the night there) because of him still not socialising & wandering around at school on Friday.
It was really sad, because ds1 had his little fleece blanket & his favourite teddy in his hand ready to go, when H told him he couldn't go because he was naughty at school.
When ds1 heard this he dropped his blanket & bear on the floor & walked off sadly.
I actually stood up to H & said that he could not punish him for the previous day, as he had been really good yesterday.
I took it upon myself to make the decision & told ds that he was allowed to stay at his Nanny's house!
H was not happy that I had let him go, but I felt he was being unfair by punishing him like that.
I am sure ds has had a lovely time at his Nanny's house!
