Probability of fingering causing pregnancy

Please do not shame me, I’m feeling terrible and my mental health is in shambles. Here are the facts before I ask question…..

-40 YO
-2 kids conceived super easy (11 & 13)
-In between birth controls (iud next month)
day 15 of cycle (ovulating according to chart)
-partner and I opted NOT to have intercourse since we knew I am ovulating.

I’m pretty sure some semen was on his fingers when he touched me. we don’t know 100% he says not but I did see him “handle himself a few times” So yes I know yes it’s theoretically a possibility if sperm is near vagina BUT statistically how likely? I’m ready everything from “haha your an idiot it’s impossible” to “that’s how my cousin conceived”.
Im terribly concerned. Loosing sleep and can’t eat. I cannot be pregnant at this time due to mental health concerns and my marriage is failing heading to a divorce. My anxiety is sky high and I’m all over the map from convinced to knowing it’s improbable. Next two weeks will be hell waiting.
Facts that I have come across online.

At 39 my chance of becoming pregnant TRYING is only about 5-6%.
If we had gone as fas as withdrawal (did not just using this as a thought) It’s 4% chance of pregnancy. Adding those two things together gives me odds less than 0, correct?

It’s too soon for implantation bleeding. That’s probably fertile bleeding or breakthrough bleeding.

I find that those who often say grow up are the people who need to grow up the most. What’s wrong with consenting adults who enjoy a good fingering? Why should I change what I do in bed because someone on the internet doesn’t understand it or appreciate it?

I do love a good penis. That’s why we often do both. You do know that foreplay typically comes before sex yes? That’s often how it works. And men who are good in bed typically do foreplay. The ones that are bad at it usually skip straight to the intercourse because they think there is only one kind of sex.

Does that make you feel like you have to have your partner finger you or something? I assure you. Please do not allow yourself to be succumb to societal norms like that. We won’t think you are more or less cool.

@DaughterofDawn Do you know how soon I could do a blood test and how soon an accurate urine? Honestly I’ll probably just wait out my period but it would be good to know the days if I have another panic attack. My next predicted period is Aug 8 (CD 30).

Typically implantation takes about a week to ten days. I don’t know about how soon a blood test would be positive but I know that a pregnancy test doesn’t usually show up positive until when you normally would get your period or 14 days. Sorry I believe you asked that before and i didn’t answer. My daughter has been distracting me as she has learned to climb things… 😅 Also I wanted to formally apologize before especially since you are having such a rough time in the mental health department. I feel awful for misreading.
