I could be your lovely therspist, but I'm not :D Although I was nearly given her name ;) Then my dad changed his mind

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 18:39

Mine is activia, 98 kcal for 165g

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 18:53

I've skived yoghurt for church. It's the same one though, with a chopped up peach (66cal)

toothpasteinthetree · 01/02/2015 18:59

I want a church with a chopped-up peach (or maybe a cutted-up pear) on top. Mine just has a roof.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 19:09

Maybe an early night. Just hanging out on the sofa with DP having a glass of wine. She gets the not wanting to talk thing.

My yoghurt was half a tub of full fat Total with blueberries.

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 19:17

Have you got work tomorrow?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 19:20

Yep, work tomorrow, it'll be fine. I see my psych this week so we can talk about how I'm feeling but really I think it's a consequence of last week's therapy which nearly destroyed me.

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 19:22

Hugs. I see CPN tomorrow.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 19:25

Seeing your CPN should be helpful. Be sure to tell her exactly how you feel.

My CPN has been off sick for three months now and I don't like her stand-in Confused

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 19:27

I will try, I'm struggling to talk about things.

I'm sorry yours has been off so long, it's so difficult when they are dodgy (I had a better relationship with my last CPN).

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 20:48

Does writing things down help at all, Snowy? (It's never worked for me, but I know some people who have found it helpful)

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 20:54

It doesn't help really, I can't get my thoughts together. Thanks for the idea though.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 21:17

Can I bribe any of you to put the bins out for me? I can pay you with fage 0%, fake Haribo or large quanties of alcohol.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 21:26

Hope cpn asks the right questions for you snowy, and you find a way of expressing what's going on.

I'll take the bins out! I've just taken the spaniel for a wee so I'm in the zone, mentally, to do that kind of thing. Will take the fage 0%

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 21:30

Excellent. Go go go!
If you even do all the bathroom ones you can have a peach too.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 21:41

Mitchy- I can hear someone in the kitchen, I assume it's you?

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 21:57

yeah but

I don't want peach, thanks, I like spinach or a banana?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 21:59

Peaches this time of year? Are they not as hard as rocks?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 22:14

I don't like bananas so I don't buy them. There is no spinach. There's a veg pizza, the fage I've already given you or museli.
There might be other stuff but it will belong to other people. Help yourself

The peaches were v soft, but I got them on the reduced bit at morrisons.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 22:20

is ok, am happy with the yoghurt

have a kilo of jumbo oats FREE too from the friends I stayed with

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 22:23

Can you make flapjack and post it to me? Or are they oats for horses?

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 22:44

no! It's not for flapjacks or horses!

1kg oats divided by 25g = 40 meals of porridge! For ME!

:)

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 22:45

Oh! I forgot about porridge. But why have porridge when you live in a world that has muller rice? Other than oats being free and all that.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 22:59

I've never had muller rice - how does it compare to porridge as a breakfast? Does it give you the same quality running powers?

it can't be as nice as porridge can it? It's probably cold
