Hugs millie I'm struggling, ligatures.

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 16:59

Step away, snowy and talk to us, or just sit with us a while

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 17:04

Snowy do you have someone to call on your crisis plan at this time? Like the cmht ooh?

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 17:09

I can't do the phone when I'm feeling like this. Thanks for the hand hold. my relapse plan says to take diazepam and distract.

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 17:13

Diazepam sounds like a good idea and we could distract you, if it helps
I took DD to soft play today, what a daft idea on a Sunday!! It was crazy busy

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 17:20

Oh and DD climbed up really high and OH had to follow her (she's not even two yet, but she's a mountain goat) I almost fell off my chair laughing - he was all red faced and flustered. Snigger.

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 17:27

That sounds like it was funny.

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 17:28

I almost fell off my chair laughing. He wasn't laughing...... I'm still giggling just thinking about it...

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 17:40

heh what a scamp! when is she 2?

am tucking into The Onelette (2 eggs 200g spinach 100g full fat feta Shock 1 tsp olive oil and red chili flakes: 519 cals) and watching 20 Feet From Stardom on Netflix which is fascinating

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 17:44

In a few weeks :)

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 17:49

The omelette sounds delicious.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 17:57

My guests have gone.

The omelette sounds especially good this evening mitchy, I think it's the addition of chilli flakes.

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 18:05

How are you feeling now, mp?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 01/02/2015 18:07

I feel fairly crappy but I m glad to have the house back to ourselves. Despite my foul mood I did manage to pull off a very nice lunch.

SnowyMouse · 01/02/2015 18:09

Sorry you're feeling crap. Good that you did the lunch though. I hope you feel better soon.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 18:10

:) it was really good! that feta takes up more space than the 10% stuff, because it melts I suppose, so is prob better value because you could use 50g (1/4 of a block) instead

mostly it was amazing because lunch really wasn't - similar calorie count (485) but made entirely of sweets: chocolate eclair things, dairy fudge, jelly babies Blush so Real Food was appreciated

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 18:13

good job on the lunch mp

early night?

Millie2013 · 01/02/2015 18:14

Everything tastes better with chili flakes. Fact :)
Especially pizza, then my OH doesn't pinch it!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 18:15

Millie, the more you say the more worried I am that you are actually my Lovely Therapist. Can you promise me that you're not. Thanks.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 18:22

I thought it might be bedtime now but is not even 6.30 :(

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 18:24

It's yoghurt time. Did you not know?
There is also a thing on bbc1 where people are tickling monkeys. It's v cute, and I never find stuff like that cute.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 18:25

Also, working the Rules of Depression 2012 version, bedtime must be after 8pm.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 18:28

yeah yeah I agree with that, 8pm

and yoghurt

have logged the yoghurt and tbsp honey and sometimes that makes me think I've eaten it

CaulkheadUpNorth · 01/02/2015 18:32

Oh god I've done exactly same. It's like my secret trick. Not I've admitted it though I should just eat the stuff. It's with peach though, no honey till the academic housemate comes back from her parents.

Mitchy1nge · 01/02/2015 18:37

yoghurt is not even impressive - 170g of fage 0% is 97 cals and tbsp honey is 65

nobody is going to gasp in wonder at our courage and daring

what is your yoghurt? bet is less amazing than mine Hmm

yoghurt wars
