I'm all Tudored out after having to "do" Tudors for tedious project after tedious project throughout seemingly the entirety of primary and two years of secondary.

And everyone is called Thomas.

It's a massive pain.

When I'm home alone I regularly have breakfast for supper. Nothing wrong with it snowy.

I guess I just find the source material dull I want to like all the complicated political intrigue but it's all just so hard to remember who is who and there are no decent newspaper articles from the time to read. What I really like is looking at propaganda and different takes on the same events and all that kind of thing It's why I was so annoyed when I switched from a school doing the WW1/WW2 GCSE to a school doing learntheseboringfacts History of Medicine.

I'm a total geek and loved the history of medicine when I did it at uni. I get what you mean about the Tudors though, even though I loved Wolf Hall and Bringing Up the Bodies

I loved cucumber. I don't know anyone else I know who is watching it though.

Oh for a pub nearby. I live in a v dodgy area and would never go to the pub here. The nice ones are all a drive away.

We have one pub in the village. Thankfully it's very nice and does great food. I want to go for a pint of ale which I'm not allowed on my diet.

I like geeks. Was called Geeko by everyone on my school bus every day for years.

I've just drunk a bottled ale that I bought for a friend so I've drunk the ale for the thread for tonight.

I'm jealous Caulk even though I enjoyed half a bottle of red with dinner.

Our local Asda has four bottles for £6. This wasn't mine to drink though so I feel a bit bad.

Am enjoying Cucumber Caulk, thanks for the recommendation.
