Oh of course!

It's obviously not a competition but I promise I fatter.
And I manage to function each day and so therefore you will too.
Or something wise like that.

Mitchy1nge · 26/01/2015 12:47

how can I be such a misery with so many lovely birthday greetings?

think I will get dressed and Leave The House

what are you all DOING

CaulkheadUpNorth · 26/01/2015 14:51

Drinking bubble tea with my new hair cut (which is glorious) and heading for sushi and shoe shopping

GallicIsCharlie · 26/01/2015 15:14

Grin Mitch. There's about an hour of sunlight left!

Ridiculously, I've just put highlights in so can't leave the house yet. Have a birthday treat :)

SnowyMouse · 26/01/2015 15:16

I'm watching gavin and stacy, 3 episodes recorded yesterday. Really need to distract myself.

Enpoid · 26/01/2015 15:22

Just got back from town and about to get dressed for gym

loads of daylight left

am going to crush a horse under my bulk

have given up praying for death and deleted MFP and all my weight trend apps, clearing space for a new obsession

GallicIsCharlie · 26/01/2015 15:28

Excellent! Very happy birthday Grin Enjoy your ride.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 26/01/2015 15:29

Could the new obsession be knitting? Trains? Grammar? Natural predators? Scrabble? Gardening?

SnowyMouse · 26/01/2015 15:31

I find knitting is a great distraction, keeps your hands busy and takes time.

Enpoid · 26/01/2015 15:35

Have mislaid house phone. DP was pissed off so I walked home. Didn't mind tho. Had choons.

OP posts:
SnowyMouse · 26/01/2015 16:19

That's a shame. Can you ring it on your mobile?

Enpoid · 26/01/2015 16:22

Dead battery. There's another handset, it's not a disaster, but DP got a bit arsey with me because he couldn't find the phone when I rang and was forced - FORCED! to get the other handset from upstairs. So if course its mu fault the phone has become mislaid at wine point because WHY WOULDNT IT BE?

Enpoid · 26/01/2015 16:23

I don't know Chap, I think it might be. I selfmonitor excessively.

I use online questionnaires that keep track of my mood and psychotic symptoms, it helps pinpoint when things are going wrong.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 26/01/2015 16:50

I don't obsess about mine. I'm aware of changes in mood but it doesn't bother me and I know what most of my triggers are if I've gone lower.
I don't know how normal that is.

SnowyMouse · 26/01/2015 17:23

I just had some yummy prawn dumplings (160 kcal). Watching tv to distract.
