and in more good news mad cancerous jewish friend donated her ££££ from Estee Lauder thing to world horse welfare (everyone was Hmm that it was not a cancer charity, since it was a breast cancer awareness thing with liz hurley etc) and now the chief exec of whw (did they used to be the ILPH?) has invited us to go and look round one of their places :) :) :) not that I can't see horses every day but will be fantastic for her to see where the money went :)

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 22:05

and the chief exec is actually Quite Hot

Roly Owers

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 22:05

The world's smelliest horses are five minutes down my road. I can smell them even when they're on the other side of the field.

the smell of horse on a hot day, even the thought of it is enough to make life worth living

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 22:11

even though I am too fat to lead a normal life and I don't deserve to live and so on I am quite excited about meeting Roly Owers

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 22:11

These ones smelt like they were decomposing earlier.

OP posts:
Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 22:14

I am at The Bloat stage of decomposition myself

is really horrible

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 22:23

Does indigestion make it hard to breath or have I Actually Harmed Myself? The answer obviously is indigestion but ya know, it's good to check it out with people on the Internet.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 22:24

Hmmm seems fine now.
Stand down the troops.

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 22:25

is there a drug known to be effective against persistent, perseverative ruminations?

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 22:27

are you still breathing NOW

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 22:27

Sadly not that I know of.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 22:28

That was to mitchy btw, not Caulk. I very much hope you're still breathing.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 22:32

I'm walking on sunshine
Whatever will be will be
The futures not ours to see
Whoaohh, I'm walking on sunshine, whoa oh,
I'm walking on sunshine, what will be will be, and don't it feel GOOD
ARSEBUGGERS

It is not possible to stop ear worms but good luck with your ruminances

OP posts:
Enpoid · 30/01/2015 22:32

Indigention definitely does that to me

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 22:37

Yes I'm breathing. It was both worrying and weirdly calming at the same time.

Then I thought hmmm maybe this isn't right so I asked the Internet and then I drink tea and it was ok.
I might tweet twinnings and tell them they saved my life.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 22:38

Drunk, not drink

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 22:52

is everyone still alive?

am curled up with spaniel and making a list of things I can do that will be helpful:

clean the house, at least tidy it a BIT - there is music in the cloud for exactly this kind of situation

ride, preferably with a friend (why should I go through it alone?)

do NOT cancel plans to stay with friends tonight, making pizzas and watching funny things on their TV, if you are going to be whingey and fat you might as well do it with people who care about you and will distract you

do not pull out of half marathon based on how you feel now, you know what feelings are like, they can change for the better, in fact they always do

CaulkheadUpNorth · 31/01/2015 09:52

That is a Very Good List.

I am still alive but might as well be dead as I've just checked my bank balance and have less than nothing until I get paid in 3 weeks. Clearly being not in work means I spend too much money whole monthly wage in ten days

Mitchy1nge · 31/01/2015 10:25

3 weeks is quite a long time Confused but is not long enough to make it worth being dead, that's such a permanent thing

CaulkheadUpNorth · 31/01/2015 10:29

Yes. That's true. Everyone else in the world gets paid at the end of the month but I get paid on the 20th which means it is much longer than just a month.

Another reason to be dead is that I've just watched the last episode of Orange is the New Black and will now have an empty space in my life which I previously filled with Netflix.

Can anyone suggest anything wonderful I will love?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 31/01/2015 10:29

I have too much knitting to do to be dead as well.

Mitchy1nge · 31/01/2015 10:35

um, am quite rubbish at TV things, I sometimes spend over an hour clicking around the channels on Roku with my mind going 'nah, nah, nah, no, nah mate, no' etc but I only really like watching things about Very Fat People - maybe is like reverse thinspo? I don't 'get' thinspo at all so I think Fat must be my thing instead. Someone suggested I try watching things about thin people instead, so I found a documentary called 'Thin' on youtube and it was so horrible. Made me very grateful for the care we have here, such as it is.

Mitchy1nge · 31/01/2015 10:38

there is a nice but slightly sad but still nice thing on netflix called Town of Runners :)

I can't cope with netflix though, on the Roku thing you can't switch users so it's all clogged up with teenage things and small child things - power rangers and gossip girl type things - so all the suggestions I might like are a long way off
