I just noticed that you were considering SSRIs, SNRIs, and a tricyclic, but that you hadn't mentioned any MAOIs. I don't know if any of them are free from urticaria on the side effect list, though.

Sorry to hear about the row.

Delete it Mitchy.

I'm currently intrigued by vortioxetine but suspect its going to turn out just to be another venlafaxine - pushed like a megastar but not that special. I remember a few years ago eeeeeveryone I knew was tried on venlafaxine. And nearly every single one hated it.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 21:01

You can use it helpful but that doesn't mean you will

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 21:02

You can have red wine on emsam and moclobemide.

Did Chap not mention any SNRIs? My mistake. Sorry, my memory is shit.

TBH I've always fancied a dexedrine-diamorphine combo treatment for NY depression. Doctors seem reluctant tho Wink

Purging is overrated. I wouldn't add it to your list of skills if I was you.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 21:13

expert on drugs I will not under any circumstances take.

I can't physically do it. Doesn't work.

I could write paragraphs of tips on how to do and how to do it well and how to hide it etc, but I won't. Sometimes I'm a tiny bit sad but what a huge part it plays.

We are watching Wolf Hall and the tv keeps freezing. I'm worried I'll be watching it forever.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 21:22

I'm watching Zombieland.

I've given up and gone to bed.

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 21:25

I've had episodes of complete loss of purging powers before I realised it works better if you actually eat a normal or greater than normal amount of food first.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 21:25

Well I might, but I'm sitting pretty far from the telly, without my glasses on, knitting and reading on the kindle. So I guess it's fair to say I'm in the same room as Wolf Hall...

good luck for tomorrow MP

will be in bed soon too but first am going to have a bean burger - cancelled meet means possibility of going for run in the morning, am 13 miles short of my January target, would be nice to get a bit closer, then no more long runs until next weekend when it is next half marathon, just little ones

some friends have invited me to stay tomorrow, they know that I did Crying while Running on Thursday Blush
