I'm sorry to hear you're feeling low, mp

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 20:04

Mp how often do you see them? I have therapy twice a week as its the only way I can function at a normal level Blush

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 20:05

I see my therapist every fortnight. At £160 a go I figure that's enough to be paying out.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/01/2015 20:08

Shock I pay £240 pm but that is a reduced rate, it should be £400.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 20:09

Glad you're getting some support, Mental. Have you got anything fun to look forward to?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 20:10

I'm having some friends round for lunch on Sunday which should be fun and I'm meant to be hunting tomorrow. Might be good for me to get some exercise and fresh air.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 20:11

Sounds great Smile

It'll be great if I can manage to separate myself from the sofa Confused

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 20:20

oh hunting will be brilliant, how could it not help, even if only a bit? Does your partner go too?

am looking up Ben goldacre's smear campaign against reboxetine

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 20:21

True. Hope you perk up a bit.

I'm playing a game to see how much pizza I can eat before I spontaneously combust.

Can anyone beat me in thrilling evening plans?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 20:23

DP isn't really into horses but she's good at driving the box so she comes along. Have to be up early to get big grey horse tidied up and plaited.

SnowyMouse · 30/01/2015 20:28

I hope you manage to go hunting tomorrow, mp

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 20:29

am partially skyping with someone and mostly looking down at and having a chat with myself

ohmygod look how fat you look from this angle

that is really horrible of you, you wouldn't say that to a friend, thought you were going to be nice to yourself

but it's disgusting, you can see actual fat, at least get changed so you can't see it and you'd better not eat anything else whether you run tomorrow or not and you know you probably won't because you're too fat

etc etc

the Skype chat is not that much better really, the topic of my fat keeps creeping in there too

SnowyMouse · 30/01/2015 20:31

Oh dear mitchy Sad

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/01/2015 20:33

Doesn't sound good mitchy.

I've taken up your MFP habit. I'm a woman obsessed. I track everything.

Mitchy1nge · 30/01/2015 20:38

I've downloaded MFP again although have yet to log in. I feel horrible without it but haven't given it much time yet?

why is it A Behaviour for some people and a useful tool for others?

we had a long chat about it today and it has to go, and the scales

this makes me want to (not really is a figure of speech) kill myself

argh

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 20:44

Was actually genuinely given the "it's a useful tool" line about MFP by my care coordinator today.

Enpoid · 30/01/2015 20:46

She's a consultant clinical psychologist and very good, if pricey.

Go on mitchy, delete MFP, you know you want to.
