Ah, I seem to have descended into tedious wibble again. Am boring myself now! I guess I don't need to keep posting since I'm all handed back to CMHT now. And nobody, but nobody, wants to hear tedious stuff about my personal life

I think I was possibly not quite well (and thanks for all the wonderful supportive messages).

I'm a lot better now. Hopefully everything can just go back to normal, or maybe normal but with more exercise

I think I'm going to skip the pregabalin, and next week ask for phenelzine if I still feel shitty. I understand why the doctor wants to treat the anxiety but if the depression is coming, which it feels like it is, I want something I know has worked before. Going to be a bugger for food though.

I didn't read anything about bipolar disorder and modafinil so far as I remember; it wasn't something I thought about back then. I was thinking for ordinary unipolar depression of the type I've always had.
