well I have a tv but no way of getting channels to display on it - no antenna and the elderly satellite dish is blocked by trees

am not cutting down trees in order to watch tv (much as I miss many of my favourite things on Sky) would be depths of moral bankruptcy

anyway there is an xbox with netflix and 4od and iplayer so am sure could find something to watch if I wanted

but there isn't always feta but there is always aubergine, courgette, red onion and cherry tomatoes to keep the spinach company

It would be nice wouldn't it? My psych always asks me how I am and the answer tomorrow will be good according to my normal which is probably miles away from most people's normal.

think am the only person I know who can run ten miles at a relatively quick pace and then immediately reach for a cigarette running does mean I smoke a lot less often than I used to though, at least I can go a day or two or three on nicotine lozenges and the vaping thing (blueberry flavour is so nice)

Porridge buggers up my blood sugar, even if I make it with flax and bran instead of oats but I'll gladly steal all of sample your yoghurt and omelettesomelettes.

I vape occasionally, usually when it's raining outside. I'd like to switch to vaping full time but it's just not as good as a real cigarette.

I can recommend the stopping-for-a-fag method of learning to drive. I'd told him about my mental illness beforehand to explain any issues but he said afterwards that although he'd been apprehensive, I'd turned out notnto be annissue :-D
