You'll feel good once you've done it.

SnowyMouse · 29/06/2013 18:37

I'm at a bit of a loos end this evening, went into town earlier.

LEMisdisappointed · 29/06/2013 20:07

Had a nice day with dp and dd went for cheapo carvery dinner washed down with a nice pint ill join you for a pimms silvery still feel ok despite last night dp did notice in the end and said I looked nice but you know what I did it for me not him

snowy im here for the evening if you want to chat

SnowyMouse · 29/06/2013 20:37

Ooh carvery :) I had pizza express. Thanks LEM, I'm feeling low, lying in bed already.

Take care all

LEMisdisappointed · 29/06/2013 20:52

nothing wrong with lying in bed, its comfy and warm - do you have the TV on? We are watching Jumanji with DD and we have a constant "oh that a bit worrying" "why is that happening" and "thts not real is it?" going on....... im not sure if there is anything decent on tonight. I tend to spend all my time mnetting - i think i would have prefered the pizza! They do the most amazing figs with marscapone and a coffee in pizza express, its lovely - we don't go there too often though as its pricey for three of us!

SnowyMouse · 29/06/2013 21:00

My mum had tesco vouchers, which helped. I don't have a tv in my bedroom. There is nothing much on tonight. I'm going to go to bed properly now. Sweet dreams all.

LEMisdisappointed · 29/06/2013 21:11

Gotta love tesco vouchers - we had a holiday to the isle of wight last year with those! Night snowy xx

SnowyMouse · 30/06/2013 12:16

Tired, level 1 and back in bed after 2 hours up Hmm

SnowyMouse · 30/06/2013 13:33

Up and level 2, looks a nice day,

LEMisdisappointed · 30/06/2013 14:55

nice sunny day here, have only managed shopping though Hmm Had row with DP caused by my mother. Can't even bothered to go into it, but she is game playing and clearly wanted to "have words" with DP over something. I can't be doing with it. Going to go to the beach in a bit, but my bloody hayfever is getting beyond a joke

SnowyMouse · 30/06/2013 16:08

Oh dear LEM :( I hope things resolve quickly and painlessly. Hayfever is miserable.

I've stayed in spring cleaning my computer hard drive,I wish the flat was as easy to clean.

ColouringInQueen · 30/06/2013 20:08

hi all,

Well done snowy on the pc - I wouldn't have a clue! Pizza express sounds lovely. I like the vvv cocoa rich little choc ice cream and coffee combo.

lem hope you had a good day at the beach. Hayfever seems so bad the last week - dh is really suffering too. I think the late sun means everythings flowering at once.

Had a good weekend on the whole despite stupid anxiety. Went to brothers yest and kids had fun with cousins and we had fun once they were in bed... dd gym club championships today and she won a bronze medal for her level Smile she has come a long way since spiral fracture left tibia six months ago.

Take care x

SnowyMouse · 30/06/2013 20:21

Not high tech, just hitting the delete button a lot ;)

Congratulations to your DD, CIQ

ColouringInQueen · 30/06/2013 20:50

Thanks snowy did you manage to get any sun today? Trying not to think about fact that I spent nearly all day inside on what seems to have been the best day of the summer! But next weekends looking good so fingers crossed.

Hope everyone else enjoyed some sun today x

SnowyMouse · 30/06/2013 20:52

No, I've been out of sorts today, new day tomorrow.

ColouringInQueen · 30/06/2013 21:47

Hope tomorrow's a bit better x

ThatVikRinA22 · 01/07/2013 00:25

hi all from me....

ive ended up having to pay DS uni rent Sad which i dont have so stuck it on credit card - but he HAS to pay me back.

on the up side i am booking a spa break for DD and myself....ive never had one before and am really really looking forward to it.

her prom is coming up and she is driving me insane with her wants....and then her birthday just after.

i owe her a spa break - when she was 13 she won a competition that i pulled her out of the day before the winner was announced....long story but the winners got a holiday, she was gutted to have missed out, it was a group thing, went sour right at the 11th hour so i always said i would treat her to a spa break - little did i know she had to be 16.

so its her 16th birthday next week.....so we are going to have a night away and a lovely spa break and some proper pampering. we havent had a hol for 2 years so i figure we can indulge....

Thanks CIQ . Oh vicar :( Will your DS do a standing order? That sounds like a lovely plan for you and DD.

I'm a level 2/level 3 (no shoes or socks). Looks like a reasonable day.

SnowyMouse · 01/07/2013 12:44

CPN is coming on Wednesday Hmm I'm going for a walk later, if only to the co-op.

LEMisdisappointed · 01/07/2013 13:08

~Thats great news about your DD CiQ - sorry about the anxiety though. You are doing so well lately, even though you dont recognise it yourself, you are managing loads.

Snowy - good for you for the walk, you will hve to buy yourself something yummy from the co-op. When i was younger i didn't wear shoes, despite working on a fruit farm (health and safety would never allow that now!) My boss used to call me the girl with the feet. I actually quite like my feet and still tempted to wear no shoes but they need toughening up a bit Grin

Vicar - do make your DS pay back, including interest - he needs to learn tht he needs to be accountable for his own welfare, i know he has issues but he must not use them to fall back on the bank of mum and dad! Envy of the spa break :)

I feel OK ish today, my counseller said i should make a timetable for the week - im a bit, "fuck that" at the moment. I think after the weekend - Im still peed off with DP but am not going to mention it again a i do tend to drag things out and i think thats what made him fly off the handle as he probably thought, oh god, here we go again. But more so, i am just exhausted with hayfever - I have never had it this bad. Went to the doctors this morning, she is brilliant and sensible so i spoke to her about combining stuff or doubling dosage. Because i get free prescriptions, bless her, she has given me Prescription only steriod spray and told me to put up with palpitations if i get them (beconase gives me terrible arrythmia), eye drops that i haven't used yet and a months supply of certrizine and told me that if its really bad I can unofficially double the dose. Have done first lot of spray and feel ok although im staying indoors. In fact im doing bugger all, i am going to have a nap/lie down and start again tomorrow. Im just shattered today.

Where is everyone? Village feels a bit quiet - Am hoping this is because everyone is doing well xx

hoochymama1 · 01/07/2013 13:27

Hey Lem your GP sounds lovely, sorry that your feeling tired, like snowy says, new day tomorrow, ooo, enjoy your walk snowy, not as nice a day as yesterday, but getting out in the air lifts my mood.

Timetable sounds good, even if you don't stick to it, you feel you've got some structure.

Went to placement this morning, did bits of work, then came home to tackle the last essay. Only a week and a half to go, I can't believe I've got through it. I'm fearful of when it all stops, and I won't have a job, and nowhere to go to and stuff. Maybe I'll have to make myself a little timetable then!

Hope everyones ok and doing well Smile

vicar my daughter owes us money too, I'm determined to get it back from her, if only to make her realize that we're not the bank of mum and dad Angry

But I am really soft, and she knows it Hmm

TheSilveryPussycat · 01/07/2013 15:01

DS owes me money, I mention it every so often, am rather pee'd off about it actually.

Never mind, the rest of my life is being lovely atm :)

SnowyMouse · 01/07/2013 15:25

I bought some fruit and mints, I've put on weight recently Blush

It must be trickier lending to family, or it sounds like it.

LEMisdisappointed · 01/07/2013 15:51

I have eaten like an elephant today - blaming the hayfever Blush
