I am bobbing around exactly the same weight @Addidas

I just got under 11, now just over again 😔

But I have had two nights of dinners out 😆

I am back on it today with a personal trainer session first thing this morning and now I am fasting all day. I have a shopping delivery due this evening and I am going to make beef stir fry with the steak that's arriving.

Hopefully if I am good and lucky, tomorrow morning I will be back at 10.13 again.

I think I am going to try and stick to one meal a day for the next few days.

I feel fitter and stronger from going to the gym, but then I make the mistake of looking in the mirror while I do weights and clock the extra stomach weight all over again 😔

I just wish I'd got lighter by now. I should have restarted this a lot sooner 😔

Don’t worry @xraydelta you’re doing it! Life is for living and we didn’t gain our weight overnight it’s going to be a long (or in my lease very long) journey! I feel annoyed to Xmas around corner and not near goal. Though if I can do 2 pounds a week I’ll be so close but I do have drinks and meals out coming up so I don’t know. Just keep going it will shift!!! The 4 of us on here are all similar weight (well me and u r the same!) what’s your height?

Chicken veg and two new potatoes for dinner. Went to coffee shop and just had tea, no chocolate.

Also did my finances, which is part of the picture as I know I absolutely can't spend money on all the extras I was having food wise.

I'm currently doing housework which includes decluttering the fridge. Small steps in right direction.

10st 4 today. I was 10st 4.4 on 28th Nov.

I think I'll need to do Fast 800 proper to see movement as I have only 1 stone to lose, I'm just sustaining on my current diet. I'm going to make a meal plan and shopping list. If I do it properly for a month I'll get there.

Urghhh @Addidas - I know you're right. You are absolutely right. I am still depressed though and wish I had re started this sooner. My deadline I had in my head is very close 🙈 and I am nowhere near hitting it.

Well, today there is a whopping great Christmas food and drink festival about 5 years away from my front door 😆 This has not helped as I can literally smell the luxury wood fired pizza van from my sitting room.

I popped home from it at lunchtime and made beef stir fry though instead (as shopping was delivered too late last night to make it), and I have also womanfully resisted the mulled wine, cake, warm cider, hot chocolate, wraps, the gin stand and a bacon sandwich....

I instead bought some lovely squeaky cheese from a lebanese shop so I will make some recipes with that in the next few weeks. At least I found something lovely in the fayre that is Fast 800 friendly 🙌🏻

I am at the gym for another class in the morning.

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend so far. If Christmas fayres feature in your weekend too, I wish us all great will power.

Well done @xraydelta . Dont beat yourself up about the deadline. I didn't hit mine for the holiday but kept it up after and hit goal weight then.

I'm 10st 4 today by some miracle as dinner out was smoked salmon, cream cheese, turkey and veg, and creme brullee. I suppose the carb intake of that could be worse. There was also a mojito and 2 glasses of wine. I was very good in the day though and had just had cereal, eggs, ham, veggies and chicken. So not a loss but not a gain.

I need to do the meal plan today. Also I need to reintroduce swimming next week. I'm going to start on Thursday.

Not weighed today. Esp as 3 glasses of champagne were drunk yest as a Xmas party.

but today plan
bacon and brocolli for brekkie
dinner is pizza express with kids - going for tuna salad no potatoes no anchovies (coz they gross!)
black coffee
comws in at 800 I think but hard to estimate the salad as it’s 561 with potatoes so gone for 500 without

Brekkie sounds nice. I think with pizza express salad its the dressing that bumps up the calories. Nicoise is one my faves.

Had a protein bar, some goats cheese on a rice cake and small apple. Just having chicken and rice soup which I think is 200. Then having a vat of tea. Tonight will be salmon fillet and avocado. Going to do some work for my day job now then meal plan later.

Survived pizza express! Had the niscoise though the dressing was on side which I ignored I think there was olive oil in there….but I had it no potatoes and no other dressing so hoping it’s under 500 but even if it’s 500 I’m in at 850 today

will weigh myself on Tuesday. I have a big Italian meal out on Friday and all the food is preordered and carb heavy! Just going to focus before then not fall of wagon and enjoy next Friday night

Well done @Addidas , you are doing amazing.

I have cleared out everything that was out of date from the fridge and freezer.

I found a full 2 week Fast 800 meal plan from the book that I had written out, with 14 meals and all the ingredients, when I first started doing it in the summer and must have been on a ketosis high. I never actually followed it, as it felt like 800 calories was so low anyway there was no point, I just did a sort of freestyle version. Think that was a downfall as didn't get a habit for cooking that I could continue. I also found lots of the random ingredients like dried porcini mushrooms that I bought already. They were expensive! I'll be doing my first shop tomorrow morning.

I will be eating larger portions Mon - Thurs (1100 calories) on the days when I go swimming and smaller portions Fri-Sun (800 calories) . The other reason for doing that is last time I found it hard to focus sometimes and my job requires me to be on task.

I'll also log it on my nutrition app so if I need I can take multivitamins or iron.

To be honest even if I just lose one pound this week I will be happy.

i think I’m going to have to accept it’s slower with all the Xmas parties
its really depressing ! Will keep plodding
this week only one evening out but it’s a carb heavy rest but I’m sticking to 800 strictly rest of time
i have to ow I’m getting now where
I’ve been this weight forever !

December is a tricky time. Does your time of the month make a difference? I never lost anything in the week before my period, I think water retention and metabolism, even on 800 calories.

I'm 10st 3.8 this morning so a 0.2 loss which I'm pleased about. I didn't have much carb yesterday.

I have conjunctivitis 😭. Hoping it clear up today.

Haha misbehave away! All that matters is that you get back on it.

I did my food shop. I think some of it will last until next week. Good as food has gone up! Not sure how I didn't notice.

I did the food shop late as due to conjunctivitis so had cereal breakfast. Lunch is the first official fast 800 meal of eggs on rye and spinach. I'll be ensuring to have the full recommended teaspoon of butter 😂

Having my first Fast 800 lunch at 11.30am. To be fair I have a one hour meeting at 12 so thought I had better eat before. Plus I am also starving!

I have been very loosely following it, mainly focusing on the 14 -16 hour fast and then eating less. Lost another pound last week so 143.6, was aiming to be 142 by this Friday, unlikely but you never know!

I am really bloody hungry. I had a slice of ham and goats cheese. And a satsuma. I can't drink more tea. Just had some peanuts and apple.

I was 10 st 11.6 this morning so it is FINALLY going in the right downwards direction but OMG, so so so so slow this time 😔

I went to the gym this morning for a new class. It was all 1990s step - a real blast from the past - but surprisingly good fun actually. Then I fasted all day and have just had chicken stir fry from the fast 800 app (it's probably in the book as well).

I think I will keep going with one meal a day this week, if I can.

I end up having 800 calories in the one meal as I stick a load of extra veg in whatever I am making, but my body seems to be responding to OMAD more than it was to the same calories over two meals. It might not be sustainable, so I guess I'll just see day to day.

I am still despondent that it's not been faster. I had a particular deadline in my head that's very important to me for personal family reasons, and I won't hit that now 😔
