I’m at 434 today and have my dinner which is chicken and Cous Cous (not low carb unfortunately) which is 550 later so will be about 1000 today.

I am 5’5 and 146 pounds but I am surprisingly light for my size 😂 my sister is a stone heavier at the same height but I’m a 12-14 and she’s a 10. I don’t really have any muscle which I think weighs heavier.

Hi all, starting up again, I've weighed in today.

I'm 10st 2.8. Goal weight is 9st 7 by 4th Dec, which is 0.5lbs a day.

Hope everyone has had a good week. We can totally do this.

Well, I have stuck to plan today and made it to a HIIT class this morning.

I am getting rather frustrated with the recipes on the Fast 800 website though. Several this week have been off with amounts 🙄

I am so hoping for a loss tomorrow🤞🏻

My two week weigh in this morning was just over a 6 pound loss. I’ve started feeling hungry all the time though, it doesn’t really change after I eat. Today I’ve eaten more for a break with the plan to get back on it tomorrow, about 1650 calories.

I haven’t really been very good this weekend. Am getting back on today. A little cross with myself!!! I got hungry and then ate the fridge yest. Need to drink more water today and keep on top of it.

I ate an entire tub of Ben and Jerry last night as a final blow out.

Chicken salad for lunch. Apple snack. Herbal tea. Lots of water. Glass of milk and banana if I'm hungry. More tea lol.

Dinner will be a late one, something from my Gousto box.

Going swimming Wednesday evening.

Small punnet of grapes
4 ginger nuts

Not yet had dinner. It's too much food isn't it 😂. I think I have to ease back in, or go into shock.

I've put in my diary for 9am Sat to empty fridge and freezer of old stuff, make meal plan and shopping list and go food shopping and put aside time on Sun eve to meal prep. I know it sounds like I am making rubbish progress but once I get going I do succeed.

Well I blew it again last night! Had 5 days now of being off plan. My period arrived today so I want to blame that. Anyways back on today but fully expecting to be same (that would be a win) on Friday.

I’ve caught a gastro bug so not eating a lot! Didn’t eat for 24 hours and weighed this morning thinking that at least that would be a benefit and I was the same! 🤦‍♀️

Yup, I also failed last night @Addidas 😔

I had a traumatic day with my darling dog and I am afraid I went home from the vets and ate a lot pizza and drank a lot of red wine.

But I am back on track today and have had eggs and asparagus for lunch and chicken curry for dinner. I also had an initial chat with a personal trainer who I think may be able to help me get back into exercise.

I am not weighing myself as AF always throws it, but I am hoping for a loss in a few days.

I hope Wednesday is kind to us all tomorrow

I skipped breakfast as usual and am making green fritters from the Fast 800 website for lunch and then beef chilli for dinner.

That's 797 calories.

I am doing an hour this afternoon with my new PT, who is completely in favour of low carbs and intermittent fasting, which is brilliant. I still can't walk easily from the class I did last Sunday though 🙈

And I am determined not to snack.

Anyone around?

I weighed this morning and I list about 7lb in the last almost two weeks, which I am fairly happy with although I have not had a big whoosh like before. Every single ounce seems very hard won!

I have fallen in love with my personal trainer, who is more of a physio than a trainer. He vows to get me walking straighter with better alinement and stronger hips and neck.

I have a tricky evening out tomorrow, as I am going to charity quiz night with a pre ordered pie and a bar they will be relying on for charity profit! I don't know if I should eat before I go and deny myself everything or fast before I go and just have the pie and (one) glass of something 🤷🏻‍♀️ Or scrape out the inner bit of the pie and just eat that 🙄😁

What's everyone's plans for the weekend ahead?

I’m here @xraydelta ! I’ve just struggled due to my af just hunger and craving carbs! But I’m back on track not weighed myself as I’m feeling like I’ve not lost this week so will weigh on Monday . Amazing loss of 7 X-ray !!! Keep going

Urghh. I went off plan tonight.

In slight mitigation, I fasted all day so my only calories were this evening at the quiz. But it lasted all evening so over three hours I ate a load of kids sweets, a pasty, mushy peas, two cakes and two glasses of red wine 🙈

BUT me and my gaggle of teens won the quiz despite quite a few of the questions being "popular culture" before they were born 🙄

Back on it tomorrow thought and at the gym for 10am.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

And one of the actual answers was "Mumsnet" which they were all baffled by 🙈🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

That sounds like a mental block @Addidas 😔

What is it about this particular weight that sets off the trigger? Or is it just because it's happened at this weight before so you expect it?

I did a HIIT class this morning and I am going to try and fast until this evening when I am having beef stir fry, so very low carb and hopefully lots of fat burning happening today. Maybe even right this second while I catch up on last night's strictly on the sofa? 🧐 😆 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't feel that hungry despite having carbs last night which is good. Hopefully I can last until an early dinner and then again through until lunch tomorrow at work.

I think it’s because I start feeling better my clothes fit and I think it’s ok to start eating normally again. But I really want to shift more!

I can sympathise @Addidas as I do that too.

This time around though, I am deliberately thinking about my smallest clothes and how lovely it would be to wear them, rather than my current/recent clothes that were getting tight. I hope that will help.

I started feeling very unwell last night though, and I've had to call in sick today 😔 I hope to make it to the sofa soon, but I am thinking I won't fast today and will toast a bagel or something. I think it's a (milder) flu. Negative covid test, but flu like symptoms rather than a cold. I had the flu jab though 😔
