I just have to stick to it this time 😔

The last few years have just been a complete yo yo with doing this for a while, and then relaxing and putting the weight back on again. It has to stop. I need to do this for me, and I need to stick to it.

Today I had smoked salmon and eggs for lunch and I have turkey bolognese in the slow cooker to have with courgette later.

I have my week's menus planned out and a shop is arriving tomorrow at 8am.

Starting weight today 11 stone 8 😔

More the merrier. I had salmon and eggs for lunch, and chicken and potato for dinner. Have bad headache and all I achieved today was ironing and cleaning the bathroom. Off to bed. Hoping I will wake and not feel awful. I have that somebody died feeling permanently. Not the diet just emotions. I am just hoping for the day I wake and feel better.

Sorry that was a depressing post! I made a decision and action today. I ended it with a guy I was seeing casually. Rather than leave it open...I was honest and told him the reasons AND this was the huge step forward for me.....I said I know it would not be good for me emotionally to see him again. Not I feel, not I think, but I KNOW. Based on my experience. Stepping into what I know. And he respected that. Well he did propose that he would like to hear from me from time to time how I am doing and I said I don't know the answer to that but thank you.

He's actually in an open relationship, the head fuckery. If that ever comes knocking on your door, I can tell you for free....walk the other way. It was two months of gradual receding of me from my other friends and family as I tried to justify it, tried to work through the emotional rollercoaster. It was only as I have done so much work on my self worth that I could see and sense my self worth undoing.

So that is step one done.

Step two...I have to do 10 things for work by 6.30pm tomorrow.

How is everyone getting on? I'm going to get back on it this weekend. I've deleted that guys messages and number (sorry nothing to do with Fast 800!). Hopefull I can get past this weeks emotional eating and start again.

im still chipping away! I’ve stopped weighing as the daily up and down was driving my bannas so will report on Thursday a week into plan. I know I won’t have lost much for 2 reasons

i had cake and wine on sat and I ordered zucchini fries with my Italian lunch!!!! Idiot!!

I start slowing down my weight loss now as my bmi is now normal and I’ve been this weight for 10 years (up and down 4/5 pounds)

anyways today
coconut yoghurt raspberries and almonds
mozarella tomato salad
2 squares dark choc

comes in at 877 and 17g carbs (really trying to make up for that slice of cake!)

Eggs for breakfast, beef curry and rice for dinner. 900 calories plus about 4 cups of tea. My stomach is a lot less bloated today and I fit into the dress that I want to wear next weekend, just need to keep it up.

10.3.8 whoopyyy! Not been below 11 for 2.5 years now!!! I’m so happy. My goal of 10.7 seems reachable and I suspect should be more like 10.3 but first step is get to 10.7

Just checked I’m down 4.2 pounds in 1 weeks 5 days which isn’t bad. Would love to loose 2 a week moving fwd (roughly lost 2 a week these first 2 so far so basing it on that? )

I discovered a counselling service through work, you can call daily for support, so spoke to them this morning and plan to speak again.

I've got to plan my diet this weekend.

I need to keep focussed….closed at 1000 and 25 carbs today and did my steps

1100 today so over my aim but still less than normal.
missed yoga for 3 days now but will try again tomorrow.

0.2 off overnight which is nothing I know but least the reading yest was real. So 10.13.6 today 2 weeks into take 20 of this!!

On logging... I haven't had any alcohol for the week. This is good.

Test day, I had Mediterranean omelette for lunch and turkey bolognaise for dinner. I never eat breakfast 😁

Tomorrow, I am taking chicken broth to work and a salad and then probably making beef stir fry for dinner. I am drinking tons of water.

I've been awake a lot in the middle of the night. Waking at 2am and then finally drifting back off again at 5 or 6. That's been frustrating, but last night was easier.

Finally, I went and saw a gym yesterday. It's really my only option for exercise if I don't want to drive 40 minutes each way. It's a bit rough and tough, but the people themselves seem fairly non intimidating. I will give it a good go and try some classes, etc. I just wasn't wowed sadly. I miss city living 😁

I’m at 980 today. I think I had a good loss this morning but want to double check it in the morning! Sunday will be two weeks but I’m going to have wine on Friday and Saturday so probably won’t lose anymore. my plan is to carry on (with weekends less strict) until the end of nov then I’m going to enjoy Christmas (within reason!)

@Addidas Well done for getting into the 10 stone bracket, what a mental boost!

think I might just accept it and get back on plan Sunday though don’t think that will be great for a loss this week. Afhhh!!! I was busy and met a friend and was starving as didn’t have brekkie prob and ate cake!!!

What kind of cake was it though @Addidas , and was it good?! You still have to live/enjoy your life or you’ll quit altogether.
This morning I recorded a 6 pound loss on day 12. I think my starting weight was at least a pound over as I was just back from a weeks holiday. But 10.6 is amazing, 6 pounds to get back to pre lockdown weight. Today I’m on 1150 as I’ve had curry and wine for dinner. My current plan is to skip breakfast, have 300 for lunch and then have a normal dinner. One more week until the 40th birthday party and I’d love to lose two more.

Wow amazing @Chunkymonkey123 i need to get my arse in gear and loose quicker than I am. Took me 14 days to loose 4.5! And it’s my own fault for having the odd day off. Really need to knuckle down before the Xmas parties start. U will do 2 no problem

cake was delish. Not sure I needed it all. But I had it anyway. Sigh!

So I went to the gym today. I chickened out of doing the class I'd signed up for but a nice instructor showed me around instead and I did a bit of cardio.

I stuck to plan today food wise and carbs wise, and still no alcohol. I'd like to make it until a week tomorrow without a glass of wine. I am at a function next Saturday, and I'd like one then...

I couldn't get an online delivery tomorrow so I actually need to go shopping for at least tomorrow's food 😏 I rely on online shopping to help me keep to plan so that will be a challenge.

I really, really wish I had space for a peloton. I have coveted one for ages. Do you do their specific classes on it?

Today I skipped breakfast and have made the broccoli cheese soup from the Fast 800 website. The ingredient amounts were way off. I will put some in the fridge and freezer for later in the week, but I suspect I have had fewer calories than the recipe suggested as a result.

I am making chicken parmigiana this evening and my teens are eating tomato pasta with it. I need to use up some kale for me 🙄 I don't know how to be creative with that.

I basically don’t enjoy excercise ! But I love spinning and I’m really into my
music so pelaton let’s me combine both. With 2 young kids getting to the gym is honestly not near top of my priority - know this is wrong! But this way I do get some excercise. I sometimes just hop on for 15 mins but I figure it’s better than nothing! Plus I do find it hard on very low carb days. I’m hoping I can use it to maintain my weight moving fwd
