Well then you’re smashing it on protein! I struggle so much & I should be getting even more as I’m strength training 🤦‍♀️

I’m not feeling as positive as you this morning lol but trying to get back into soup for lunch which will help me cap calories, in theory anyway lol. At least I’ve been to the gym already!

@PhoenixMama your so good exercising I find I can’t do it with such little calories. Doesn’t help I’m on mat leave still and just watching a lot of tv and meeting people for coffee I just think about food all day long!

I'd love to join this please.

I lost 2 stone on the Fast800 2 years ago after a scary HBA1C. But I put most of it back on and am worried again. So I started again 6 days ago and have lost 5lb so far.

I'm aiming for low carb, 800 calories a day and an eating window of 10-4 (more realistically 10-6).

Today, I will have mushroom and vegan bacon frittata (3 eggs) as brunch, melon and raspberries and apple as lunch and roasted vegetables with Quorn pieces for my last food of the day. I may cram in a few teaspoons of humous with a celery stick at 6 out of desperation but have you seen the calories in humous?!Confused

I used to drink coffee with chocolate oat milk (200ml at 120 calories) 4 times a day and loved it so dearly. I crave and mourn this most of all. I'm on Earl Grey lemon tea now. The weight should fall off just by not having that! Amazing how I fool myself. "It's just a coffee!" Yeah right.

Welcome. @MWNA ! I used to drink coffee with chocolate oat milk and what I did is start having it in an espresso cup - essentially coffee with a splash of oat milk but because of the proportions, it tastes like it did. Then I could have 4 espresso cups without anything like the calories!

Ok adding my food here to keep me on track... breakfast Alpro with 25 g granola, lunch is chicken & sweetcorn soup and dinner is slow-cooked chicken thighs with cauli rice. Snack will be a grenade protein bar because I really need the protein for strength training. I've got 0.5lb till I cross a big border!

had a chat with hubby. I’m gonna stick to curry no rice. And not drink and he’s going to join me on that as holiday coming up and better for us both to not drink before that as will be a heavy few days prob. So that will make it all easier for me.

Nothing off here but did have some chocolate last night so that's probably why. I'm such a stress eater and everything is so stressful right now I just don't know what to do! Wish I was one of those people who didn't eat when they were stressed!!!

Only 0.6 lbs loss
usually loose quicker after a few days off no way I’ll be 10.12 by next Friday. Am 11.4.4 today!

I was a bit disappointed by only .6 loss yesterday.
Was ridiculously ravenous this morning so ate earlier than I'd planned. Poor fast as a result - 15 hours. I always aim for 18. More realistically it's 16. Hate feeling this disappointed in myself.
Aargh this is hard today.

I've gone over to WW as Fast 800 is too restrictive, I was really struggling second time round and knew I could never keep it up long term.

I'd got stuck calorie counting and trying to stay on the low-carbs side, lost 6lbs which I kept off but then had a plateau for a month and a half. On WW I've lost 5lbs in 3 weeks (great for me as I don't have a lot to lose now) and gosh, I'm really enjoying potatoes in all their wonderful forms. Feel like I'm eating loads compared to what I was doing before and have a lot more energy.

Hey guys I think I need a break from dieting! I’ve been doing this since march and lost a stone nearly of my baby weight. I keep falling off wagon and then feeling disappointed in myself
my plan is to get back on it in 2 weeks and eat like a normal person on that time. I’ve started a cycle of restriction and then bingeing which isn’t healthy.
ill be back coz I know this way work for me but I think I’ll be back aiming for 1000 cals not 900.

0.6 weight loss this morning from yesterday. That seems to be about my daily average.
I took my little girl to the cinema this morning and had dinner pick n mix! Then I had 2 chocolate oat coffees. Sugar is a slippery slope.
I won't beat myself up about it (too much)
Back on the strict wagon tomorrow. It's not the weight that bothers me so much as buggering up my insulin resistance.

In exactly the same position @Addidas. Work and home have been stressful last two weeks so have taken a break and then eaten way too much sugar. I bought my daughter a jar of Nutella… I won’t be doing that again. Literally cannot be trusted with any chocolate in the house, full stop. I’d lost about a stone since the start of September (down to 76kg) so was doing pretty well but frustrated as it’s my blood sugars that really matter. Anyway. Starting again today. Good luck - I think I need to post for accountability too!

im the same. I gave my husband the biccies to hide last night and I know they are in the boot of his car but it’s luckily too cold at 9pm and also a bit mad to get them so hopefully I’ll be on plan!

i felt awful today too. I’m on day 8. Managed 1000 which isn’t ideal but tmrw I’m really going to hope I don’t have more than 850. I just find it so so hard!!! Do u have a goal weight?

my weigh in Thursday and I don’t feel like I’ve lost anything since last weigh….
