I lost 2 stone on the Fast800 2 years ago after a scary HBA1C. But I put most of it back on and am worried again. So I started again 6 days ago and have lost 5lb so far.
I'm aiming for low carb, 800 calories a day and an eating window of 10-4 (more realistically 10-6).
Today, I will have mushroom and vegan bacon frittata (3 eggs) as brunch, melon and raspberries and apple as lunch and roasted vegetables with Quorn pieces for my last food of the day. I may cram in a few teaspoons of humous with a celery stick at 6 out of desperation but have you seen the calories in humous?!
I used to drink coffee with chocolate oat milk (200ml at 120 calories) 4 times a day and loved it so dearly. I crave and mourn this most of all. I'm on Earl Grey lemon tea now. The weight should fall off just by not having that! Amazing how I fool myself. "It's just a coffee!" Yeah right.
