Busy hungover day yesterday so didn't get to exercise. Started with a short legs and core hiit this morning so I don't have time to bail on it!

After a rubbish few days which included work Christmas party (not rubbish), sickness (DH) and vaccine tiredness (DC) in the house, I have started Caroline Girvan’s 20 minute programme which was a shoulder workout. Tougher than I thought 20 minutes would be. Arms are shaking! Hoping to get exercise in every day now up until Christmas. As it’s only 20 minutes I shouldn’t have any excuse Blush

Hello! I had family visiting so had quite a few rest days.
Today did no repeat week day 1 (quads and abs/core). The 20 mins of quads felt like 20 hours Grin

Oops. I keep forgetting to record what I've done (I’m being quite successful at spending less time online):
Wednesday: KAbs L2D17 & Ri30 L4D14 (60 min)
Thursday: KAbs L3D17 & Ri30 L4D15 (60 min)
Monday: Ri30 L4D16 & 6W6P L1D18 (65 min)
Today: BFBM (50 min)

(199/51; 183h 45min)

I definitely won't make it to 250 days of exercise this year, but I might still make it to 200 hours.

I’ve also managed to do 15,000 steps every day of December so far.

Was going to run today but got a bit of a cold and didn't feel like it. Instead did two of girvan's Christmas workouts: arms and shoulders and then superset back.

Still feeling cold-y so not up to running. Did two Christmas workouts: glutes and lower abs. The 20 mins workouts are intense (although the abs one was 15 mins "only").

We were housebound for two days with Storm Barra (and back to the horror of home schooling) so I didn't get anything done. Lovely and calm this morning so I got out for a short run first thing.

Thank you MotherForkin! I'm really not sure how I managed to do 280 days last year ..... plus I actually feel stronger and in better shape now.

Oh no you had to go back to homeschooling ..... I take it they are back at school now if things were calm this morning?!Did you have any damage from the storm?

Today, day 10 of the advent calendar (full body) plus 20 mins of yoga - I need to start doing more yoga again as I was very stiff. Hope to get a run in over the weekend.

I'm not sure what I've been doing since Friday, but I was too busy to do any actual exercise Confused I managed 15k - 20k steps each day though. And I got a bracing dip in early this morning as I'm working late tonight and won't manage anything else.

Well done on your dedication Sophie. I don’t think you’ve stopped at all this year.

Couple of rest days and Girvan 20 minute cardio today. Felt a bit sick during this one. My cardio fitness has dropped dramatically!
