Oh no, MsO, that's awful to be sick again and so painful with a breast abscess. I hope the antibiotics kick in soon. I had co-amoxiclav once and remember it being very hard on the stomach. Mind yourself Flowers

Getting ahead of yourself is very easy, waterbottles! Hopefully it's just doms you're feeling and not an injury?

I haven't been feeling great so taken a couple of easier days. I went to the pool for a muck around with ds today and managed one length before my shoulder got sore. Better than a month ago but slow progress to get back to my 1k swims at this rate 😂

Bodyshred week 8 workout 7, first time (that was actually yesterday but I couldn’t get the post to load). MotherForkin, there are six kinds of push-ups- bow and arrow, diamond, Jack Lelane, pike, chaturanga with an up-dog, and scorpion alternating with grasshopper.

No exercise today as I was away at a work thing and have only just got home.

Never even heard of a bow and arrow push up or a Jack Lelane push up professor!! Scorpion sounds vaguely familiar. I must Google!!

Had a day off yesterday and Fuel day 14 today. Full body (but of course no abs!) tempo. Quite a nice workout.

You convinced me to start Iron with the 30 minute workouts Sophie so I did day 1 today. Will park Fuel for now but might go back to it. I liked today's workout as I managed to keep up and it didn't feel like I was having a panic attack at the end Grin

It was labelled wrong (8.5/10 difficulty) AngryBlushGrin and I got a PR by 13

Bodyshred week 8 workout 8, first time- once more through each workout and I’ve finished. I’m out with a colleague tomorrow evening so need to do Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to get it done in June.

Roonetta I'm doing strength and cardio at the gym. I had surgery just under 6 months ago and have had to relearn to walk so I'm not doing bad considering. But I over do it easily and need to stop that.

Was meant to go to the gym tonight, but I had a pretty active day today and I decided not to as that would be over doing it. I am learning! 😂

MotherForkinShirtBalls half and half really I guess if you meant soreness I think? I feel a bit sore when I do too much but resting even for 5 mins helps. I over did it on Friday and felt sick, but felt fine 10mins later.

Fuel day 15. Dumbells and burpee HIIT. This was not nice and was VERY pleased when it was over.

Today day 2 Iron - upper body. Also walk to/from work yesterday.

Got some 10kg dumbbells arriving today. Hope I haven't overestimated my strength! 😁

Still feeling under the weather but I got to the gym for 30 mins on the cross trainer and some half hearted core work. Booked into a class tomorrow to do something a bit more useful.

Did a 30 min power zone endurance class last night and a 15 min hip stretch

Tonight is a 15 min barre class and 20 min full body stretch (funeral tomorrow and I won't have much time tonight)

Almost at 100 Roonetta!!! I'm sure you'll manage just fine with the 10kg weights. A challenge is good. Plus iron is great for increasing strength. Good luck 🍀

Went back and did fuel day 11 (legs - not bad as quite varied and seemed to target everywhere) so finished week 3 now.

I'm still not feeling great, mostly just wiped out but I decided to try a proper swim at lunchtime. Lo and behold, I could do it! My shoulder niggled a bit and I only did 500m but it felt so good. Fingers crossed I'm finally getting to the other side of this shoulder nonsense.

Another gym session done, hip still won't let me go back on the cross trainer but I'm doing more cycling instead. Damn hip needs to stop, it was fine for the first 4 times

Bodyshred week 8 workout 8 done, second time. I haven’t quite finished as I hoped - still need to do the cardio disc one more time- but it’s been a horrendous week at work, plus the school concert, so I’m cutting myself some slack.
