I'm finding motivation tough too, Oubliette. I'm having a busy week with work resulting in a lot of stress dreams and little sleep and so many eating leftover easter eggs 😴. I took it easy yesterday with a low impact core/legs workout. Today I managed 5km brisk walk. Tomorrow will be a lot of sitting (hosting an all day event) and a rest day.

Bodyshred cardio 1 done. I’m only going to do it once a week, I hate cardio and I really struggle to fit in more than 5 sessions of exercise a week.

Bodyshred week 1 workout 1, second time. I had to modify the second and third rounds of push-ups. I feel very old and knackered today.

My nemesis is L2 of RI30, Oubliette. But I suspect it may rapidly be replaced by one of the Bodyshred workouts. I’m only on the first two weeks and I’m finding it tough.

I didn't know there was a new site professor. I only Really use my Phone app anyway but that's been playing up and I had to log out and In Again to get it to work properly.

Did iron day 1 (legs) the other day and today iron day 4 (full body - but felt like mainly legs with a bit of other stuff thrown in ). Did a couple of short abs workouts too.

Need some motivation myself Oubliette. I'm embarrassed to say that having stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in months, I am back to my pre-pandemic weight. I am so cross with myself after all the hard work I put in. So that spurred me on to do Iron series unilateral workout once I got home from work today, no excuses. I really must sort out my eating habits too. Unfortunately I cannot just have one bit of chocolate, I binge eat the stuff, so the only way to stop this is to cut it out altogether. Wish me luck Confused

Bodyshred week 1 workout 2, second time, so I've finished the first week as I'm only doing the cardio once. Another week of workouts 1 and 2 and then I have to step up - I remember workouts 3 and 4 being awful this time last year, so not looking forward to that. And I'm missing the disc for workout 3, which is enough of a pain that I'm tempted to buy the set again just to get it.

I struggle with sweet stuff too. Oddly I don't normally have much of a sweet tooth, but when I'm trying not to drink I crave sweet things, and I'm really trying to cut down alcohol at the moment -none in the week and no more than two glasses in the evening at the weekend. Good luck, roonetta - it's hard!

You can get all the Bodyshred workouts on bilibili.com Professor. Hopefully it will save you having to buy a new set if you only need workout 3.

There's outdoor running, walks, yoga, meditation etc, just remember to cancel it before it charges you!

Thanks, roonetta. I used bilibili.com last year when I started Bodyshred the first time - unfortunately my TV is too ancient to have Internet, so I had to use my iPad and squinting at the screen just added to the general misery of week 3. Definition of first world problems, I know!

Bodyshred week 2 workout 2, first time. I so didn't want to do it this evening so am giving myself credit for willpower.

Count me in too on the healthy eating. I've got an annoying extra half stone hanging around that I could really do with getting rid of - after doing Jillian since January, the muscles underneath aren't in bad shape, but there's a layer of flab on top.
