I got a PB on it which you're supposed to do, and now I can use the power zones programme to hopefully keep improving my fitness and then you retest

Didn't manage any exercise over the weekend. Today a 5km run and then iron series day 5 (arms, abs and core).

Thanks professor. I feel like I've been a bit stop and start this year what with everything that's happened but clearly the exercise days are all counting. I'll be having another week off soon as we're away.

Yoga Meltdown L2 done again. This one seems to be good for my sore hip - though it does have wheel push-ups at the end, I don’t think I will ever be able to do those.

It rained all morning, so I did some work as well as some Jillian. I have terrible boundaries.

Well done on getting to 25 MrO! It’s not that long since you started.

I’m back. No exercise yesterday, I was a bit hung over after dinner with my sister and didn’t have the energy for Jillian when we got back to London- especially once we’d retrieved the cat from the cattery and sorted some basic food shopping.

RI30 L3D5 done. In principle I ought to greet Easter Sunday by starting Bodyshred. Ugh.

After a disaster of a week I'm back, with my old name to inspire me (my head was definitely in the sand as an ostrich Wink )

I walked 20k steps yesterday on a family day out, so I'm counting that. I had a brisk hill walk with a friend earlier and I'm going to do a low impact stretch/barre workout in a bit.

Back from hols yesterday. Did loads of eating but also lots of walking so I don't feel too guilty. Spent most of today doing housework but hoping to get back to it soon. Thinking of trying the new Girvan programme. How are you finding it Sophie?

Still going! I'm doing some power zones rides which are basically progressive overload. I finish sweating but not wiped and it seems to be helping my fitness

I skived yesterday having used up all my willpower attending the dawn Easter service and driven to MIL’s. Bodyshred week 1 workout 1 done today. Three kinds of push-ups and it’s only going to get worse.

Bodyshred week 1 workout 2 done. I’m too uncoordinated for the more advanced Jillian workouts, half the time I’m falling over my own feet. Planned rest day tomorrow as it’s the first ‘real’ school day: DD is in today but has a late start.

Sounds like you've all been busy - exercising and eating GrinGrin

I'm away with the DCs (also a lot of eating here too!) but weather has been fairly rubbish and I -Greek like. We've been out most of the day so booked myself into the small gym later for a run. It's looks like I will be totally bored but feeling very sluggish after doing nothing (apart from some walking) for so many days. Will report back afterwards.....
